So the first thing I noticed was the overwhelmingly welcoming vibe the employees gave me right when I walked into the coffee shop. The place is beautifully decorated with a lot of different options to choose from on their menu. I asked the barista to give me her favorite menu on the item, and she did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious and one of the best croissants I have had in mn. The coffee had these cute little strawberries on top and was so yummy! I had a nice seating area next to the window and got to enjoy my coffee with some good company. 10/10 recommend this place❤️

This coffee shop is such an amazing addition to Big Lake! The space Matt and Elisa designed is warm, extremely welcoming and creative. I tried their signature drink The Humboldt (which is the city of Big Lake's original name), it was by far one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. The coffee is sooo smooth and it was the perfect balance of sweet and robust. I also tried the chocolate croissant which was so flaky and buttery, I can't wait to try the other bakery items as well!

I have been here a few times and it is a great place to sit and enjoy your specialty drinks. It has a great atmosphere. The drinks could use some tweaks but are pretty good.

The Humboldt will change your life - lol. My wife said Ember has the best Chai Latte she has ever had. Ember is an inviting space with amiable staff. You get a great sense of community here. Coworking space, ice cream, and coffee? Brilliant!

This is my favorite place in Big Lake to hang out. They have Chocolate Shoppe Icecream which is super-premium icecream with a high butter content-YUM! Everything I've tried has been amazing. You have to try their Affogatto! I think it's awesome and unique that they make some of their own syrups from scratch, where else does that?! The people who work there are always super friendly. What a great edition for the Big Lake Community, and it is a "must stop" location if you are passing through on Highway 10 to go up north.

Fantastic local coffee shop! Food was outstanding, staff very welcoming, and inside has plenty of room to relax. Breakfast burrito and white chocolate lavender mocha were great!

Very cute, welcoming, and modern style cafe. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. There is a kids space with lots of toys. Toilets are clean and one of them has a diaper changing table. Parents need such a kids friendly cafe ❤️

This place is cute: coffee, baked goods, kombucha, ice cream, super friendly staff. They don’t list it on their menu, but they have milk alternatives like oat milk. Their homemade vanilla syrup is seriously good - it has a toasty note to it that’s delicious. This was a fun gem to stumble upon and I think they said this is their opening weekend (April).

The best addition to Big Lake. The coffee alone will keep you coming back for more. If you know quality coffee and have been looking for a spot to be a regular look no further. The icing on the cake is the atmosphere that they are building. They are doing all the right things to make this place a true coffee "house". There is room to work as well as a room for families to enjoy the must have pastries and ice-cream while the kiddos play. I can not say enough about this place. 10/10 would recommend.
