They have a great atmosphere. Convenient location in downtown Traverse City. I’m not really a coffee drinker, so I tend to stick with chai lattes. Staff is super quick and friendly. If you’re looking for a cup of coffee or cocoa make sure to stop here.

Yuck. All I have to say is this place was my go to when I first moved to traverse city. One day I wanted to buy a certain tea and all they had was the tea behind the counter and the girl refused to sell me any because it was for them. Well that’s what she told me. I gave it a second try and got coffee a few days later and I ordered an iced vanilla latte. Tasted like coffee and milk. I figured I’d give it a third try and again the coffee quality was just plain nasty. I’m sorry but I’ll never shop here again which sucks because I loved this place the first few times I had it. Too bad that they hire unqualified unprofessional employees just to save a buck.

Cute coffee shop. Latte was was good but coffee was a bit watery and lukewarm. Staff was nice and service was quick.

A great coffee shop! They have a huge selection of coffee and tea beverages, and there is something for everyone. The shop itself has a lot of seating: everything from tables to bar tops to couches, all with room to spread out and great views. If you're in need of a pick-me-up and a place to work/relax, this is a great choice!

Coffee and cappuccinos always good. Love there gelato which they were out of for some reason last time I went in but still good experience. Nice casual place to sit talk or read a book while have a cup of joe. Staff always very friendly also.

Very cute and comfy little coffee spot, very clean, very friendly baristas and the drinks are deliciousss. I got the Cherry Blossom Latte and my boyfriend got the Lavender Field Matcha Smoothie. Both were light but delicious, exceptional flavor.

Beautiful place! Batista's were incredibly kind! Very nice warm feel. Many people come and relax there! Even was WiFi if needed! Ask the baristas for anything, they will be so glad to help!

Won't ever get return business from me. After almost 2 years its time to find a new establishment. I walk in and I'm greeted with "do you need a mask" I politely explain that I'm exempt for medical reasons. I'm then asked to see proof of a medical condition. I then politely explained that hes not a medical professional and to ask about medical information would be constitutionally wrong. As this man's frustration Grew He then stated that he was the owner, and that it's against the law to not wear a mask. I explained there is no legislation on the books pertaining to mask wearing being a law. He then stated that he was the owner and that it was illegal for me to not wear a mask or prove a medical condition in order to purchase their products.....
After I explained the effects of wearing a mask the man then stated its illegal to not wear a mask and asked me to leave. The person I was with was able to place my order on my behalf and the order was not even the right order and tasted bitter

Their milkshakes are great, I chose an almond joy but heard that mocha is really good too. Atmosphere is comfy with a fireplace for the cold nights. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cozy couches too!

I wanted a good cup of coffee on a rainy day. Parking was easy, coffee was super, and pastries were very tasty.
If I get back to the area I will made the shop my daily shop.
