Good diary-free gelato options. Strawberry Banana has strong strawberry flavor and the mango peach is delicious with robust mango flavor. The tea selection is good. I tried blackberry sage. It was unique and good. Cozy atmosphere, but can get chilly when the doors open in the winter.

Perhaps one of the coziest and warmest coffee shops in the city. I got my order quickly and sat at a window seat. It was quite pleasant to sit there and sip, watching the cars go by. I highly recommend this downtown staple.

I LOVE Espresso Bay Traverse City. They nail the flavours, every time and the staff are always so welcoming. I love trying the unique flavours like Lavender, Basil, etc., and they always have something new for me to try. One of my favourite treats when I make it into town.

Best local Cafe we have. The staff is always very friendly and really know their drinks. And if you're lucky enough to be there when they are roasting their coffee in house its one of the best smells in town also they love to show you how it's done.

Came here twice on my vacation. The first time I had to repeat my 2-drink order three times for the server and my order was still wrong. I ordered one drink hot and medium and one iced and small and they made both hot and sized medium. I think it may have been just an issue with that specific person because I came back the next day, also ordering two different drinks, and everything went completely smoothly.

Very friendly staff, delicious drinks, I stop by every time I am downtown. They will make any type of tea into an iced tea!!!!

How about you stop asking customers to tip on dry goods purchased from your store. When you prompted a customer to tip 15% and the coffee made was $4 but the tip ends up being $14 is wrong. It’s makes me feel even worse when the cashier doesn’t even know the difference between espresso beans and coffee beans. He made recommendations to my aunt about coffee flavors and answered a question she had with “I’m sorry I don’t know anything about normal coffee machines and am not sure if this will work”. He didn’t bother to explain that they could grinder the coffee if she liked or as long as she had grinder she could brew it like a normal pot of coffee. He was extremely friendly but had a clear lack of training to explain the basics of coffee. For a customer to feel frustrated and then to hit 15% tip and find out we tipped 3 times the amount of the drink they made for us is extremely frustrating. You should be prompting customers to tip only on service provided or the total….. I see this as unethical.
