The omelet looked good but it was not very flavorful. The potatoes and toast were the best and tastiest part of the breakfast. I got the California omelet but they were out of Avocado at 9:30 in the morning. The coffee and orange juice didn’t taste good so I had to stop by a cafe across the street to get coffee.
Our waitress was nice and checking on us frequently. But the other waitress who was bringing the food to the tables kept leaning over and her long hair kept touching the food on the plates.

Love this place, so nice! Delicious food, timely service and wonderful staff. On a recommendation from our waitress, I got the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, which I've had before and enjoyed, but had them add pecans. Oh my goodness, so amazing! The cafe was clean, just a little busy. But, it's Friday! I was happy my husband and I were able to get seated so quickly! Will return often, and happily!

My son and I were traveling through the area and decided to try Phoenix Street for breakfast. I had the Pork Belly Hash plate and it was excellent! My son loved the food and overall experience as well! Very warm and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend this restaurant!

What a fantastic breakfast spot. I am big on breakfast and this is one of the best breakfast meals I have ever had. The cinnamon roll pancakes were just the perfect amount of sweetness and my wife loved her BELT "sandwich".

My friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat breakfast in South Haven. We decided to give Phoenix Street Cafe a try and were glad we did! The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is immaculately clean. The restroom, the dining area, everything in general was just very nicely cleaned. The only thing I can really pick on is portion sizes. I really wish they were maybe about 20% larger. However, the food quality was good and everything was tasty. I ordered the BLT and my friend had the biscuits and gravy (I highly suggest ordering the full order instead of the half order). I debated on giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5, but ultimately the friendly staff, cleanliness, and food quality prompted me to give them the benefit of the doubt!

Heuvos rancheros were really good. They come with chorizo and eggs on freshly fried tostada topped with salsa. We told them we were going to share as we were not so hungry and didn't want leftovers to carry. It was so sweet that they made it into two separate plates.
Will definitely visit again

Super slow service and average food holds this place back from being great. We walked in and waited a few minutes before being acknowledged by a waitress and sat in the back corner of the building. We were then ignored for over 15 minutes before a waitress finally came over and said that they had totally forgot we were there. When we did finally order and get our food, it was simply okay. The cheese and broccoli omelette was average, but the potatoes were great. The best thing about this place is the great location, though there are probably better breakfast spots around.

Stopped for breakfast on our way out of town. The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. Our food came quickly and was delicious.
The prices reasonable. So glad we took the time to have our breakfast here before we left.

Megan was our server and she was above and beyond great. The food was tasty, the wait wasn't long. Will totally be back next time we're in the area. Thanks again, Megan, for your wonderful service. We left full and happy. 10/10.

From out of town and wanting to try some new restaurants: The food was tasty, I’ve had the chicken and waffles as well as the Phoenix street breakfast. The gravy and seasoning of the chicken was wonderful but the size of the chicken varies dramatically. Someone in our party was given a very small portion while mine was extremely large. The wait staff was however very friendly.

The coffee is actually what makes it lose the star, it tasted as if it was leftover from the previous day and reheated. Luckily there was a local coffee shop just across the road that saved the day for our coffee needs. It would likely behoove this cafe to partner with the neighboring coffee shop!
