Nice staff but I was waiting at the front for a while waiting to place my order as 2 employees were gossiping about other coworkers right in front of me. My order also took a pretty long time, but everything turned out tasting good.

Fantastic customer service, fantastic atmosphere, desserts and teas are astounding. No complaints.
They even have awesome selection rarer teas.
I always come here for harder to find teas. Much cheaper than ordering online.

This is the best coffee/tea/bakery/lunch spot in kalamazoo! Service is always amazing, nobody makes espresso like this, and the variety of loose teas to choose from is amazing. A plethora of desserts always fill the bakery counter, from homemade macaroons, to cookie dough brownies, to mile high old fashioned diner-style cream pies, Chocolatea is forever carrying both tried and true dessert favorites as well as something new at every visit. The chocolate counter is to die for with hundreds of exquisitely crafted chocolates and candies, and the tomato mozzarella sandwiches or soup of the day hit the spot when you need a healthy lunch. This locally owned all-in-one shop is an amazing getaway from the bustle of life when you need a break. A perfect mix of nostalgia and trendy. Stop in! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Ooo! They have the best chocolates!! Love them all. But especially the cinnamon one and the hot cocoa bomb. I will always come back for those!

Always a great experience! Super friendly staff, unique offerings, and kids friendly. I haven't gotten anything I have disliked.

Went with my wife and a friend. First time there, ordered about $30 worth of food and drinks, Thai boba was ok and the key lime pie was good and the macaroon was good as well. I’m giving 1 star because I ordered a quiche and never got it, went inside and asked about it and they said it would be right out. Never showed up so I asked for a refund and the “boss” came out and was on the phone and barley gave me the time of day so I felt like she did not care.

Probably won’t be back since the experience is not what I expected with the high reviews.

i always get boba when I come here & it’s delicious. reasonably priced & I love that the cups have cute faces on the seal :) the thai & matcha tea are my favorites :)

So this place is amazing. I like the concept of picking out my own tea and the options were very descriptive. It seems like a great place to study or chat. I wish there was one closer to my home, it would definitely be my go-to place. There's so many more flavors I want to try. I highly recommend this place if you love tea or just want to try something new!
