This is the one place I must stop at whenever I’m in the Kalamazoo area! The staff is always very kind, and the I Never Promised You (rose tea latte) is delicious! It’s a good thing there isn’t a Chocolatea where I live because I would be broke, ha!

I have never had a bad experience here. I've come here ever since they first opened and love it every time. I bring all my friends here for tea dates, and I come by myself to enjoy a quiet pot of tea and the beautiful view. All the staff have been amazing, they must have the best luck in the world because they are finding all the right people. I love the selection of teas, the cute things they have to purchase, all the interesting little candies and cakes they have. I really come here as often as possible!

This is one of the best coffee/tea places I have ever been too. They are friendly and will take the time to help you if your not sure what to order.
Everything I have ordered is top notch. My favorite by far is there chai tea latte spicy.

So glad to have stumbled into such an unbelievably welcoming, charming, warm, and wonderful space. Wonderful selection of teas, chocolates, and baked goods. The patio is a little slice of heaven. I am in raptures over my new tea pot. Omg the STAFF was delightful, Alex is a treasure. Get the spicy chai!

Super good magic lemonade. Added basil syrup which was very good. I was asked if I'd be using a loyalty card and replied it was my first time in, but wasn't offered to sign up for a card. That would be my only critique.

Went today for the first time because I had to come out to Kazoo anyways to try on bridesmaid dresses for my future SIN. Ever since Shwe in battle creek closed, we don't live close to a boba place so I try to get it when I go out of bc. Well, I was thoroughly disappointed. I walked in and huge line that you didn't know where it started. The shop is SUPER disorganized. As a new customer I didn't realize which line was pick up and which was order until ten min in. Super crowded, and just way too many people. The cashier was super nice. Honestly my biggest problem was the boba. I didn't get anything I actually ordered! And I know one of them was given to me because it was never claimed by the person who ordered it but come on. I ordered a Pina colada with tapiaco pearls and a strawberry with jellies. Also all of the boba that was not what I ordered was DISGUSTING. I don't know if you guys are using expired product or if you're watering it down but it literally made me want to puke. Even thinking about it now just blech. And I am seriously wondering if product was expired because ever since drinking half of one I've felt nauseous. Make Boba tea right, or don't do it at all. Organize your way of handling customers and orders, and get orders right. I will not be visiting again, I would much rather get boba from MI BOBA much higher quality and their products didn't make me sick to my stomach! What a waste of $26!🤢🤮
