Way too damn busy took 40 minutes to get out of the parking lot and the parking lot is not big enough. They need a better location. Service is fair. Lost my husband's order (normal coffee had too wait another ten minutes before they asked him. "What are you wanting for."

I went to this Biggby and was not at all happy with the service I received. I was not greeted when walking through the door, but I was given a nasty look by one of the employees working named "Elaina". She took a while to get to me to take my order and would not make any eye contact with me the whole time I was ordering. I will not be going back and will be recommending one of the many other coffee shops with better customer service.

Great services and great drinks. I love that everytime I order it tastes the same, vs when I go to Starbucks the taste varies per person who makes it.

The drinks have changed. Ive been getting the same drink for years and know what it tastes like. Over the last few months they are watery and taste like watered down cream with no flavor or espresso. They have tried to fix but the drinks taste like they did when their machine was broken. The staff is friendly though. I wont go back until something improves.

Always quick service here. I've always had my drink made right, too. My wife has had only a couple mistakes but they make it right immediately. Very friendly staff, too. My favorite Biggby to visit!

I'm here almost daily. Wish the drive thru and parking lot were set up better but it's whatever. Prefer here over Starbucks any day

Nice strong coffee. But need better customer service, people there are rude to new customers that have never been to a coffee shop. I even told them 1st thing I've never been here before and tried asking lots of questions, but didn't know everything so I was treated like a idiot and shamed. Little teenager's shouldn't be so judgmental.

Absolutely love this place! I love trying new flavors of coffee rather than having the same old boring flavor day after day after day. With the seasonal flavors and the ever-changing flavor of the day at Biggby's it's literally impossible to have your run-of-the-mill coffee here. If you've never had Biggby's they also have muffins, breakfast bagels, creme freezes, smoothies, and tea lattes (absolutely in love with the chai), they also have sugar-free options for diabetics and keto lovers. However, if you're like me and like local coffee grinds (see what I did there), Biggby's is more like a Starbucks than anything else. And if the lobby is closed (thank you tyrant Whitmer), then you can count on the entire parking lot being full up to M-89. Otherwise Biggby's is the place in town to get your caffeine boost, and a tuxedo muffin while your at it.

Just a few things...first, you dont yell at customers, thats not acceptable at all. Second, if a customer says theyre grabbing their frequency card, you wait. Period. You dont walk away from an order, and then get mad when its pointed out where you went wrong.
Third. Don't lie to frequent customers saying you dont have nor have ever had dark chocolate. DEFINITELY do not sell a regular mocha and say its dark chocolate. Theres this thing called lactose intolerant, meaning milk chocolate is a no no.
The lady in your drive through did wrong today, by the customer AND the biggby name. As a share holder i don't think thats very appropriate and action needs to be taken to ensure quality customer service, accurate orders, and customer appreciation. There isnt room for someone who not only refuses to appreciate their employment, but squanders it by cussing out and insulting customers
