BIGGBY COFFEE

Been in the drive-thru line for 15minutes.
I don’t understand. There are three cars in front of me.
I used to work for Starbucks so I understand being busy up to a certain point.

Extremely slow service.

Charged me $6 for a large iced coffee.

Will never patron again.
Extremely disappointed.

Great place for a cup of coffee and to get some work done! Staff was very friendly, customer service oriented and efficient!

This is by far the SLOWEST Bigby I've ever been to. Average of 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. They really need to stop serving food through the drive thru....this is a coffee place people!!!

Super slow like a snail 🐌 drinks are great but about impossible to get to your drinks. We waited in line for at least a half hour and once your in line there is a cement drive that you can't pull out once your in line. Kids were starting to get annoyed but that's a given! 😃 There dine in has been closed since covid so they only have a drive through.

I'm a vegetarian and ordered a vegan sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, (I still, eat eggs and cheese). I got on the road for about 5 miles before I opened my sandwich only to find I had a bagel with vegan sausage only. No egg or cheese. Not everyone who orders vegan sausage is a vegan. 😂

I used to frequent this Bigby but it's location is horribly engineered for the drive through. Cars in line block entire strip mall parking lot and sometimes even out into traffic on the main road. The coffee is good but a bit pricey (think Starbucks pricing instead of local pricing) The staff are friendly and do their best but whoever owns this franchise should seriously consider moving to a drive through friendly location.

Very friendly and helpful staff that have always made me high quality cream freezes and coffees. The drive through is convenient especially in the long, freezing winter months of good old n cold Michigan. Will definitely be going here more often now that I am in town more often. Have definitely gotten my guests some coffee from here when they stay in town and they enjoyed it as well.

Slow, dirty restrooms. Very unprofessional!

There’s a new lady that was working today and she was very very rude. Told us we ordered something we didn’t.
