BIGGBY COFFEE

i love there teddy bears❤ they make me happy

Normally I love Bigby as I am a fan of their coffee but I am absolutely disgusted by the plainwell Bigby. They have been bullying their workers and have horrible management. Very disappointment. I will be taking my business else where from now on.

They coffee food and drinks here are very good but the service is all right it takes a while for your drinks to be ready but other than that it was a good place the Lions usually have a few people in them and the wait is about five minutes there are tables for you to sit down with a group and food options are good for all types of people

Sadly as many other reviews show , this location is the last place in the world you should get your coffee from . Management uses scare tatics to keep current employees in fear for their jobs so they don't tell the world what they are dealing with . A bully . Kristen is a horrible person , she plays favorites in the work place , will damn and embarrass her employees infront of a lobby full of people . She enjoys talking down to them , and laughs at them when they get upset . She constantly tells employees how bad at their jobs they are and pushes them to points of tears . She bullied my sister into quitting and I will refuse to go support a location who refuses to get a fair leader in that store.

Good service great coffee. Didn't try any specialty drinks or food, but will post more when I do.

Love their drinks but the drive thru line always takes forever!!! 😏

Regular stop a couple days a week. Always friendly staff and quick service even though I get some big orders most if the time.

Worst Bigby store we've ever been to. The baristas don't seem to know how to mox a drink. Everytime we've been there my wife threw her drink out.

Best Biggby around! The baristas are always super friendly and it's well-staffed ... never have to wait to long for your caffeine fix!

The staff here are way cool. Had a big order and the girls her went over and beyond. Would recommend this place for anyone.
