I've always preferred Biggby over anywhere else because it's local and friendly, but today was something else. I don't know who they've hired recently, but the service has gone VERY downhill. I know I'm going to sound like a Karen (sorry) but don't try to charge me over $5 for a brewed coffee that's always cost $2.64, then act passive aggressive to me when I ask why the price went up so much at the window. Also I'm 90% sure they watered it down. ALSO I understand their lobby is closed so they have heavier traffic than normal, but when I tried to tell them that people in the parking lot were threatening to back into other cars because they couldn't move, the girl at the window laughed at me and said "oh yeah that happens every day." I'm sure it'll be a big laugh when someone does get in a fit of road rage and your store ends up in a liability battle...

Don’t recommend working here or eating/drinking from here. Had to get a lawyer involved to get my taxes. They were “lost” for weeks and couldn’t/wouldn’t give them to me, until my lawyer was trying to set up a court date. They magically were printed off for me, and ready to be picked up after about a week of fighting them. When I called the store, employees were rude and would answer the phone then hang up. Illegal as hell. Female owner Cheryl claimed there mailed on the 31st, but to this day (2-16-21) I have still not gotten them in the mail. I highly believe they were thrown away or tossed by an angry past coworker.

Sat in line for 30 minutes. Got our two pie day drinks. We tasted them and the proceeded to drive home and dump them out. No flavor no nothing a waste of money and time. On the plus side workers seemed nice

Was pretty slow because they had some sort of appliance issue inside. Only three cars ahead of us and it took almost 30 minutes. Everything was good and well made though

I've been an employee at this location and all of the recent comments about management being unfair and bullying their employees is true unfortunately. This was my first job which I was thrilled about having...until a few months in when I realized how it worked there. If they liked you one week, you were praised and got many hours. But if they decided they didn't like you for the day, the week, the month, you got treated like you were the worst employee in the world. I've moved on to better things but I hope this recent outing of information serves as a warning to all who would want to apply.

I love going here. Sometimes they're busy but they've always made their mistakes right. It feels like a great local coffee shop.

2018 EDIT: kind of going down hill guys.... it’s getting slower and slower. Easily a 15 minute wait every time we’ve gone the past month or so.

What’s that weird burnt smell?

Why do you reheat milk? Just pour it out, rinse the steamer cup and start a new drink. Kind of gross I think...

They have coffee, barista said she liked my jacket, not sure if that was genuine or she's just been fishing for a tip the last two weeks. Will continue to go until I finish using up my Christmas bigbys gift card. 4/5 because there drive thru could use a re asphalting.

This location needs to open their lobby. I don't know how the local police department is allowing the huge line of cars in the Drive Thru line, which can block traffic through the small parking lot and can be a hazard along the busy road going through Plainwell/Otsego. I refuse to come here as a customer because I don't want to be apart of the problem. When you reopen your customer area/lobby, I'll return. Otherwise you lost a customer.
