BIGGBY COFFEE

The staff are wonderful and very polite. When i bring my dog in drive through she is waiting for her treat too. We love going to this biggby and the cotton candy latte is great.

Good drinks and good employees. Occassionally their hot drinks are not as hot at this Mason location as they normally are at other locations. If you like yours really hot or you're taking the drinks somewhere like home or to the office for someone ask for it to be extra hot.

Great and friendly staff, my only complaint is my husband and I love their sausage, egg and cheese bragels, but they are always ice cold/frozen in the middle! So disappointing because all the other locations seem to get it right!

Still rate Biggby higher than those other places. I have tried them, always come back to this company, locally born, brewed and served. I fully support those who work for their community's best interest.

Terrible, slow service yet their prices keep going up. You'd think they'd want to compete with places like Starbucks by offering a superior product, guess that's too hard. Friendly but incompetent or poorly trained staff.

I went and ordered two cookie drinks my card was declined 5 times it was a fault on my side but they were very nice about it and as I was sitting in the drive thru a worker named landon asked me how I was doing and we broke into a conversation it was a very very great experience if the owner sees this give landon a raise 👍

Okay coffee, jam packed with sugar. Gave 3 stars because I'm not a fan of them talking to me through the drive thru window. Usually ask about plans for the weekend. Once was told hey we should go out sometime... it's 7am...shhh...and give me my coffee!

Normally I come here because it’s conveniently located down the road from work.
Only problem is I work 2nd shift and the different times I’ve been told they stop serving bragels is bewildering.

I’ve gone at 6:10PM and been told “we stop serving bragels at 6PM” - okay not a big deal since it’s a set time.
My coworker went at 6:30PM and got a bragel no problem????
I went at 5:35PM today and was told “our toaster is done for the night”????? Okayyyy?????

Soooooooo....... when do you actually stop serving bragels because that’s all I ever get.

The store is old and shows its age. However, it's clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can find your usual coffee and baked goods here. Nothing too special.

Great customer service and product but the price is why I'm giving 3 stars. I can't believe people spend this much for coffee. I won't ever go back because of the price.
