BIGGBY COFFEE

Darn. Stopped in hoping to get our favorite treat... was disappointed. Barista couldn't tell us which had the extra shot😕 and which was extra flavoring. Gosh. Coffee was just so so. Do a better job please. 20 bucks for 3 small coffees is a lot of my hard earned money!

I came in with my family on April 8th around 3:00 pm. There were several issues that I noticed. My mom ordered a coffee re-fill. The coffee they poured her was weak and cold, very weak. We then asked for a fresh coffee. While the lady re-brewed it, I saw her put two pots of coffee and two pots of hot water into the coffee carafe. When asked about her method she claims “that’s how I’ve always made it.” My mom tasted her coffee that came from the carafe and she claimed that it was still very weak and watered down. My aunt and I tasted it, and it was in fact, extremely weak. I felt like her coffee brewing method was just her being lazy as she could’ve just brewed a regular pot of coffee so that the taste was to the Biggby standard. Additionally, she took 20 minutes to get my latte out to me and her and her coworker helped the in-house people that were after us in line (they had come in 8 minutes after us) before getting our coffee out to us.

The 3 counter girls seem like they were on the spectrum. Regular dark coffee was expensive, especially for a smaller town. What I received was comparable to 7-Eleven coffee. As far as I can tell there's no 7-Eleven in this town, so. Yeah there's that.

Staff were nice, got a mocha Carmel light on the flavoring, couldn’t even taste the coffee. My sons was the same way. Very disappointing for the cost

Usually Biggby is my favorite place to get coffee. Stopped in here with my wife and her coffee came out room temperature. Went in to get it fixed and they didn't have any coffee brewed to give us and we had to wait for them to brew a fresh pot. Just a weird experience from a company that's usually awesome.

Coffee is so watered down it’s nasty, definitely not the same at any other location. Extremely disappointed that is cost me 7$ for something I’m not even gonna drink even after it was remade

This place was super busy when we came at 830am on a Friday, but they handled everyone's orders quickly and correctly so the wait wasn't that bad. Staff was nice and efficient. The inside is pretty cool and there's plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee with a pretty chill atmosphere.

Ordered a frozen drink and a bragel on asiago, got a hot drink instead no biggie it happens I'm not gonna make them redo it. Opened the bragel to see an everything bagel instead. 11:30 in the morning with not one car in the drive thru when I pulled up and both items get messed up.

Pretty delish and amazing drinks! My only word if advice would be to own up to mistakes! I ordered a drink today called the Avalanch(chocoalte, white chocolate, and mint) that was made wrong. Some berry flavor was added and my fiance HATES ALL BERRY FLAVORS(I know hes so weird). When I went back and asked if it was possible that they messed it up they swore they didnt. Being a barista in the past for 3+ years I know when a drink is made wrong. They remade it, didnt make conversation and handed it out. When I was about to leave I tasted it and it tasted COMOLETELY different. Mint is a strong flavor and I could finally taste it! They asked as I left if it was better and I told them yes. I understand that its awkward owning up to mistakes but I would of given 100% 5 stars if they would of been honest about it.
