BIGGBY COFFEE

Poor packaging led to one of my four drinks spilling all over the inside of my vehicle. One cup holder for four large drinks and nothing to cover the hole on top. Starbucks does it better.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 min, with only two cars ahead of me when I ordered. Finally had to give up and left the line, didn’t even get my coffee.

This is one of the worst biggby in the greater Lansing area. A third of the time, the drink I order is not the drink I receive. When asked to remake, the drink received is generally poor quality. Order total changes at checkout & biggby card reader gives incorrect points balance. And, they charge more than many other stores. Disappointed and tired of giving second chances!

Just take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the one in Holt.
-customer service was pretty terrible (short curly red hair)
-didn’t ask if I wanted drink hot, on ice or frozen
-bagel was not toasted all the way through
I love biggby and prefer it 100% over Starbucks but I left feeling completely uncomfortable. I work in customer service, and one of my employees would be written up for the way I was treated.

This is a pretty good Biggby. The things I like are the staff are friendly and will often work with you for odd requests like taking a shot of espresso out of one drink and putting it in the other one you ordered. Make sure you tip them. And the best part is they have drive thru. I went through with a trailer no problem.

This hands down the best biggby coffee. Every time o come my coffee is so delicious and the staff is amazing.

The best coffee I've ever had. I go there every chance I get with my daughter. They are friendly and fast it's a perfect place to get coffee.

Very, very, very slow. I’ve waited 10 minutes on average each time I’ve come here. My coffee has cooled and the whip melted. It doesn’t matter if there are two cars ahead of me of five. Longest wait ever.

Staff isn’t very friendly. I can’t imagine that people have been very considerate when having to wait so long though so I can imagine the frustration. I cannot continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I won’t be coming back.
