I think his name is Alex, not sure but younger man in orange shirt today with a beard... great customer service and is biggest reason I gave a 5 star today! The woman working today was also very sweet. Thanks guys for making my morning pleasent!!!

Great friendly staff, with quick service. Always easy to manage dietary requirements when ordering with them. Great coffee everytime.

Great customer service. Heating plate for kids drinks so they can't burn their mouths on hot drinks. Great place!

Bigby Coffee is the best. They have a variety of Lattes and smoothies. They will also create one for you not posted in the store. They are very friendly and courteous

I like their coffee if I'm in the area. It's a michigan-based company. Once in awhile give me the buy one get one free coupons it's well worth it

The baristas were very nice & knowledgeable. They were willing to customize my drink without hesitation but with a smile.

The Best of the Best... Best coffee, best service, best atmosphere, best sandwiches and snacks, best locations...
only thing to make it better would be to add a community open mike or poetry read night something that could fill our souls as we satisfy our taste buds and fill our bellies...
