Finally, a coffee shop where you don’t get cold during cold michigan winters! In addition to great drinks and friendly staff, not so loud music is another plus to me. This is where I can study and enjoy my mocha:)

Customer service is excellent. My daughter and I go here for coffee on our way to school and work. My drinks are always hot and fresh. It's never really a long wait to get your order, and everyone is super friendly and pleasant to be around.

I went to refill the 2 bottles I carry in my pack for a long day at work. The would not let me refill my bottles. They were insisting that I buy 2 coffees in plastic lined paper cups. I would then have pour the coffee into the bottles when I got to the car.
Guess Biggby does not car about the environment and wants more plastic waste.
Will avoid Biggby now.
There is a near by 7 11 the has no problem with me filling my coffee bottles

This is the best Biggby I have ever been to. The staff is extremely nice and patient, even when they are busy and trying to handle a lot of orders at once. Their coffee gets me through my day at work and they always remember my order :)

Fantastic customer service. Each time I've stopped in I'm always greeted with a smile. The drinks are made quick and the food is fresh and warm. I definitely recommend this location!

This is without a doubt the worst Biggby I have ever been to. It is consistently slow even with the simplest order. Don't order sandwiches while you're heading into work because you might be late. Baristasa are also rude and generally dismissive of you unless you're a regular.
