Biggby Coffee

I love biggby coffee and especially this location. Its never crowded, the staff is always friendly and greet you as soon you enter. Yes the prices are a bit high but its a Michigan based company unlike Starbucks or dunkin donuts. Plus Mondays are half off, they have coupons, and a awards card for frequent customers

This is my favorite Biggby location. The staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic, there is always somewhere to park, and somewhere to sit inside the shop, there is free wifi, and they are up-front when you ask if something has sugar in it. I'll definitely be back. 10/10

The atmosphere at Biggby is so much more enjoyable than "other" coffee shops! It more fun and less snobby. Seems like the workers enjoy their jobs and they have great selection.

This location normally makes my latte JUST RIGHT. Due to insulin resistance, it is very important my request are honored. Although not bad this time my Carmel Butterscotch Latte isnt very good. Cant taste any butterscotch and very minimal carmal. The price at Biggby is much higher then the other coffee shops I frequently visit. So it is only when I have coupons do I go. Even with a buy 1 get 1 my total was over $6?? Starbucks is cheaper! Customer service is fairly good Same girl at register everytime. She is kinda but has a stale type personality. ( thats the best way I can describe it) ALWAYS VERY CLEAN IN AND OUTSIDE of this store.

I always feel welcome and the staff greet you as soon as the door closes. If you are undecided staff will make suggests. They are friendly and know their customers and what they like. WIFI available. Bright and airy.

This is a VERY friendly place... which seems to be a hallmark for Biggby stores. Staff is very engaged and engaging. Coffee is very good and hot. LOVE the "Butter Bear", especially! Pastries are also quite tasty.

Came in this morning for a bragel and a coffee. The girl at the front counter, (Lindsey, I think?), was so cheery and nice, and she raved about her coworker, Jackie's, self-made coffee creation called "Grandma's Kitchen", which included marshmallow, cookie butter, and vanilla, and I tried it and LOVED it. I demand that "Grandma's Kitchen" be added to all other Biggby locations' secret menus. What a great Biggby experience.

Always the best. Staff. Ever! I wish they had safer sugar substitute coffee flavors- maybe something with erythritol... The current sugar substitutes still spike insulin in people with sugar intolerance, Diabetes.

The service is always fast and friendly with great coffee, two thumbs up!!!
