We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here today. We all ordered breakfast items and couldn’t get over the amazing the golden potatoes. They were so good! The homemade toasts and jam were also tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating for the picky kids in our party that wanted special orders. I would totally go back if I ever pass through the area again!

Wow we stopped in after driving from traverse city to check out fish town only to find out nothing was open because of construction and stuff opens after 11;am. We went inside and we’re greeted quickly by a waitress who told us everything was closed and didn’t open till 11 so it was very cold so we decided to have a couple coffees. Well this was one of the best cups of coffee we have had in a long time excellent. We also had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg that came with hash browns. Wow again this place is fantastic just wish we didn’t live 4 hours south of this bistro we would be there every day

We were a bit bummed by this whole experience. It was not super busy (at no point while we were there was every table full, no one waited for a table, it was pretty tame for a Sunday morning). However, we waited for maybe 20 min before we ordered — we started looking for somewhere else to go when she came to take our order so we ordered and stuck around. It was well over 45 min (probably close to an hour) before we got our food. We were not checked on in that whole window. When we got our food it was fine. Not great, but fine. Things seemed slightly under cooked all around.
I know the restaurant industry is struggling and generally short staffed, but this was just all around rough.
