It's always a pleasant experience but they had little food to offer because the delivery was just being made and I was there at noon. Overall I recommend this place to everyone and meet friends there because it's usually very consistent. they have nice outdoor seating and WiFi. the renovation turned out well.

Water Street has the best coffee and coffee related drinks I've ever had. Their food is amazing as well. Anything from Water Street tastes better and is at a more reasonable price than that other major coffee chain...

THE place for coffee snobs (which comes with a price). Limited immediate parking, but large lot close by. Inside is cozy and has couch options, but is often crowded. Lots of outlets! Really good breakfast options, hot and cold, as well as homemade sweets.

Great matcha latte and apparently great coffee (I don't drink it so wouldn't know). Also am really impressed with their pastries/baked goods and smoothies.

Your usual Water Street deliciousness, now with a convenient drive-thru when on the go. Employee was especially kind and helpful with my couple of questions. Love Water Street.

Nice place, delicious food. I love sleeping bear coffee, but they have crazy prices compared to Starbucks. They charge for flavors shots and have high prices for the small cup of coffee.

I've only had fabulous experiences with the drinks, food, staff, and atmosphere here. Service is always quick and super friendly. This is definitely one of my top choices for a coffeeshop in Kalamazoo.
I will also add that the music selection is on point (for an apparent hipster like myself): Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, Beirut, Radiohead, and some other good ones in the hour I was recently here.

Small unassuming coffee joint. Inside and outside seating. A 16 oz. Iced Decaf was $ 4.00. On the edge of the Oakwood neighborhood. Limited parking in their lot, but a large adjoining parking lot. Our barista was very pleasant and helpful.

Baristas great. Bakery and chefs put together both creative and delicious meals and deserts.
The qaulity of beans is superb.
The only drawback is there are no specials or reward programs for a customers loyalty. The prices are higher than their competitors with none of the perks for remaining loyal to the business.
The atmospere particularly in the original store in downtown Kalamazoo on the tracks is great for writing ,studying or meeting collegues.

they have delicious staple desserts, but also offer novelty dessers as well and they’re always so delicious. their selection of quick bites is also so great, and the employees are always smiling and patient. i’m from ann arbor, but perform with the kalamazoo symphony orchestra frequently, and i always make sure to hit these guys up when i’m in town for rehearsals.
