Water Street Coffee Joint‎ (Oakland)

I wanted to love this place because I’ve heard nothing but good things. Every time I’ve ordered from here, I get an incorrect item. Today I ordered an iced coffee and a burrito and got a hot coffee and the wrong burrito. Not worth the price if you’re going to have the incorrect order every time.

Went to this location and was handed a coupon with my coffee. A few days later I went back to use the coupon and I was told they cannot accept it because people had been using them fraudulently. Seems like it was just a ploy to get you back to the shop with no intention of ever honoring the coupon.

Check it out! Great servers, food was off the charts DEEEEELISHOUS! So we're the Costan Rican latte and the London Fog. The perfect place halfway between Chicago and Farmington Hills, MI.

You’ve got someone cross contaminating gluten into gluten free! Please don’t advertise gluten free for those of us who have allergies. Would not recommend.

I always support local whenever possible. This is a perfect example. This is a business born and bred in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The coffe house smells of fresh ground coffee. You can smell and see the treats and food. I love the fact that they put the roasting date on the bags. You know you are getting fresh. It has cases displaying their coffees and teas. The cold case is filled with sweets, fruit cups and savory items. You can even get hardboiled eggs. This is exactly the type of business I will go out of my way to support.

Always the slowest service ever. Always forgetting items on the order. Always a nightmare. Given this place 3 chances and will never be back. Their food is pre-prepared. All they need to do it heat it up, yet somehow it takes 30 min. And after waiting, the hot food is usually cold in the middle. No apologies from the staff. They don’t care.

Fav coffee in Kzoo + friendly service. I previously posted that the lids didn't fit, and they've since fixed this as well!

Had the chicken bacon avocado cold sandwich. Great taste and was very surprised on how big it was. Would recomend.

Always impressed with the quality of employees Water Street is able to find. Their Coffee and food are fantastic but it's their people that makes them the best coffee chain in Kalamazoo.

Small shop, good wifi. great coffees and tea, interesting food choices. Nice place for a quick bite. Drive through, dine in, and outside seating.
