MI Boba

The customer service here is a step above. My daughter was having trouble making a decision because MI Boba had a slightly different menu than the place she is used to. So, we ordered her a lemonade. Afterward, the worker overheard her describing her preferred drink to me. They made her a special drink, and brought it out to us, based on her preferences. It made her day.

All in all everything service and atmosphere wise was great but my stomach couldn't handle their boba and I threw up after drinking it

One of my favorite places to get Boba in West Michigan. SO many flavor choices and options. Only wish they put more add on into the drinks, I love lots of poppers!!

We keep coming back as we try more flavors, there are some I like and some I don’t but that’s no fault to the business. Now that I have found my favorite it’s impossible to try new flavors. If you go you need to try the honeydew with peach poppers you won’t regret it

Nice store. My kid loves Boba so it was nice to have a close location. They have little treats for sale. We got macarons. It's really cool how they seal the cup after making your drink. Unfortunately my kid accidentally squeezed the cup too hard and it spilled all over my back seat. That was no one's fault but our own.

The team members were very friendly. I asked their favorite combinations and they gave me additional recommendations and we had a nice conversation while I waited for my boba, which came out in just a couple minutes. I ordered a slight modification, substituting a rooibos for the black tea in my taro boba, and as someone who loves tea, they made it perfectly.

TLDR: quick, friendly service & a quality product.

I always get the same thing (taro with lychee bubbles) but am absolutely thrilled bc they carry mochidoki!!! Mochi ice cream that is absolutely delicious. They carry similar sweets as chocolatea (where I also go almost weekly for tea) and I highly recommend them!! I'll be back for a bubble waffle the next time I swing by!
