My partner and I love coming to Five Lakes Coffee! The drive thru is really fast and the menu is super diverse depending on what you like. My partner usually gets a Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold foam and Five Lakes version is much better than Starbucks. They have a variety of desert bars and scones as well :)

They were real nice & cute coffee shop with nice ppl working inside! I loved multiple size choices and multiple flavors for your latte as well! A guy barista was so nice helping us order for the first time.
There were so many tables with power outlets available near by.
I’d absolutely come back & recommend to any coffee lovers🤗💯🙌🏼

Five Lakes Coffee on Main St, Kalamazoo, is roomy, well lit, and with warm and attentive client service. It also has a comfortable parking lot. We come on some Sunday afternoons to play the ancient game of Go with the Kalamazoo Go Club. We feel at home.

I only stop here when I’m running late or didn’t make coffee at home. All the other coffee shops are going the opposite direction of where I work. The coffee just isn’t good and I keep giving this place a try 😩
Today is my last day giving this place a chance - I’m just wasting money. The service is great! I will say that’s the only upside.

Always friendly service. Great coffee, large area to pop on your laptop or chat with a friend. I set meetings there often. Bathroom lock still needs replacement, but the place is cleaner than my house! Sure I am going back. I LOVE their scones.

Such a tough rating to give because the coffee itself is absolutely wonderful. The flavor shots are great. But if you’re not mindful it can stack up and make for one whopper of a coffee. I got a large latte with 3 flavor shots and it cost almost $10. Their pastries are really sub par though. Wouldn’t recommend any of them, and theyre kept in some Tupperware containers below the counter. The place is clean though and they’ve finally opened the chairs on the patio outside. If you’re willing to pay a pretty penny you are definitely getting one of the best cups of coffee in town.

Great coffee shop, quality drink/food selections and most important- excellent employees who consistently greet you with positivity and a warm smile. Top notch customer service on full display at all times. Two thumbs up- great job Five Lakes team!

Amazing coffee! Some of the best dark roast I have tried. Way better than Starbucks. The breakfast sandwich’s are also solid. Highly recommend this place!

I go here pretty frequently and get the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with their garlic sauce on it and a coffee. I love it because the sandwich is always hot and tastes delicious and they always have very friendly service!

One of the best coffee shops in Kalamazoo! I cannot recommend the Five Lakes chain enough, but this location in particular has extremely friendly and helpful employees, like Lizzie, who helped us. Everyone’s drinks were excellent and when we gave them one order incorrectly and realized our mistake they quickly corrected it free of charge. Great place to come for business, meeting a friend, or just enjoying the peace and quiet. Loved it!
