Factory Coffee

First time at Factory Coffee and I'm a big fan. I had a delicious Chai-der and tart for a fall treat. Staff was incredibly friendly and I loved the warm environment of the Frank St. location. Will be back soon!!

Amazing little coffee shop. They specialize in espresso from San Francisco. The almond croissants taste delicious. Had made pottery for sale made in the basement. Great if you are looking to buy a growler.

I came to visit this coffee shop, located on the Northside, and was impressed with the interior and the building. The food, however, was pre prepped and most likely microwaved. The breakfast burrito I got was about $6 and it was very mediocre. The drink menu was small if you’re someone who enjoys variety of teas. I did get a classic earl grey, which was very good. I think they provide a nice environment, but the food and drink menu need to be updated. While I love the building itself, I feel that location wise it seems a bit gentrified. Hopefully I don’t seem too hard in this review, just not my cup of tea ☕️

Cute little place. Lots of natural light. Outdoor seating. Orange chai latte really hit the spot.

Great latte, very friendly people, quaint surroundings. They roast and grind their own beans.

I love the character of this place, it's definitely somewhere I can relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. I'm extremely excited for the new coffee spots around Kzoo and this is another great addition to the scene!

Friendly staff in a rustic/industrial setting. Pour-over coffee could use a bit more attention; but overall a great spot to spend some time.

Pour over improvement: don't get sidetracked in conversation while brewing. Extraction was on the low end with moderate body.

Great space to really focus and work while listening to some good tunes that the barista is playing all the while drinking a really great flat white
