Factory Coffee - Downtown

Amazing spot for some good food and delicious coffee! Such a great atmosphere for a quick bite, grabbing a full dinner, or hanging out and getting some work done. The pasta was delicious and the brownie for dessert was epic. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

I went to Factory Coffee for the first time- it’s clean, the service is fast and the atmosphere is comfortable.

I ordered a hot chocolate- it was delicious! Although I did not order any food I was pleasantly surprised to learn that food can be ordered through 9 PM as well.

Bonus points for the all-gendered rest rooms.

Overall this is a great place to do work or meet a friend- I’ll for sure be back!

Update: I recently went back for a bagel BLT for breakfast and would definitely recommend!

I was at work and really needed a coffee and saw The Factory was close and had great reviews. I’m so happy I went in. The service was nice and the recommendation to try a seasonal drink was greatly appreciated. The pecan amaretto oat milk latte I got is delicious and different and the carrot cake muffin is dense, but moist and still light somehow and perfectly not too sweet. Highly recommend, and after looking at their menu more I definitely plan to make this a frequent stop. And also, I really appreciate the chicken sausage option as well as meat alternatives as someone who doesn’t eat pork or beef.

I’ve tried *almost* every coffee shop in Kalamazoo and Factory Coffee is one of my favorites! It’s a great place to study or work, especially during the week (weekends can be a little more noisy), but it’s also great for meeting up with friends. Their coffee is always spot on and their bagel sandwiches are amazing! 🙌🏼

I would say best coffee in Kalamazoo. Okay music. I lived in Europe and nothing else this good in kzoo. Good pastry options and food option. Nice design.

We usually stop for a cup at Factory Coffee in downtown Kalamazoo on our way to the library or any other errand in the whereabouts. It is spacious with large windows and good natural light. Interesting people and attentive service. We also buy coffee to take home.

I had a fantastic little mocha, and enjoyed my drink sitting by the large windows. The interior is quiet with relaxed lighting. Great place to meet up and chat, or go solitary and work on your passions.

First time visitor (won't be my last), the coffee was incredible and the breakfast bagel was perfect. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you have not!

Service is good, coffee is fine and the atmosphere is nice. Not quite a 5, but a strong 4. Recommended. I do miss them being open well into the evening. So few places, besides bars, that are open past 8.

I love this little shop. Ate their food for the 1st time today. It was good. Coffee is really good, the workers are very nice! Would recommend to all.
