Pleasant day, perfect cup of oats and matcha

The baristas were friendly, the coffee is your average hipster, Americanized, light roast espresso (the nitro cold brew is very good though). However, the food is way overpriced, very small portions and not good. The bagel sandwiches are 8 dollars, messy, and weren't even toasted. The bagels taste like they were from meijer or trader joe's--I would pay $5 at most for the sandwich.

The Factory staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cardamom syrup is wonderful! It‘s my go-to in an oat milk latte.

I can honestly say since they have opened, I have been in at least half a dozen times... twice on opening day! I love the Cardamon Latte with a little bit of Vanilla, and enjoyed the breakfast BLT. It is nice to see Kalamazoo grow with more variety and I am looking forward to continuing to support + see all that this location does! It is already off to a great start!

it’s open later… and that’s it’s big sell. i only get what i order about 50% of the time. but they are open late, so who cares.

Tasty small breakfast options that come out quick, for Sunday Brunch. Great roast on the espresso, with house made syrups, I enjoyed a cardamom oat latte.

Friendly staff, clean, bright, open space.

Visited this location for the first time yesterday and loved the atmosphere! Picked up coffee and pastries for work and they were delicious! :)

I love to get a cortado here. The bagels are, indeed, good!

Some really excellent coffee! The atmosphere inside is great and so far I have always been lucky to get east street parking.
