Clean facility! Staff is friendly, smiles, and doesn't hesitate to ask you about your day. Also, with quick service, this is the place to get coffee and relax and like it! Great job Biggby!!

I used to work here in the autumn of 2010 when the shoppe first opened. I had various issues with the management during that time as a high school graduate, including multiple instances of verbal aggression and unwanted sexualized comments/innuendos from Mike, the owner. Several friends of mine were there this weekend after booking the back room for a paint & pour with a Biggby employee. After purchasing a round of lattes, unpacking their gear and settling in, Mike angrily pulled one of the girls out into the hallway and demanded the entire party leave the store immediately — citing no history of room reservation whatsoever, and no desire to make the accommodation. Everyone was shocked, angry, and hurt. It’s infuriating to know that little has changed in the eight years since I worked there, and that any person (let alone a paying customer) would be treated with such anger and disrespect.

It was not welcoming. The seating was for children not adults. The coffee beverage I got was awful and I threw it out.

Great staff. Holly and Sarah are my favorites very friendly and professional with honorable mentions going to Angelina and Faith as well

I am so upset. I walked to this location from my work next door, it takes about five minutes to walk and I got back to my store with my coffee looking like this..

Best coffee shop around. Staff super friend and personal. Always great coffee. Nice atmosphere. Come here alot for business and pleasure. Very clean. This is my everyday coffee stop.

We really enjoy Biggby now that we are back in Michigan. The staff at both Hartland and Fenton locations are top notch.

Friendly staff, plenty of comfortable setting. We use this coffee shop for meet ups and the community room for classes. Lots of people come here to study.
