Biggby Coffee

Came here Easter morning because I forgot my coffee at home, pregnant and needing decaf my inlaws definitely didn't have I stopped by and these ladies were so kind and lively! Keep up the good work girls!

Best Biggby I've ever been to. Fantastic baristas, they knew my drink after three visits and are super friendly and accommodating. Good environment for hanging out/catching up, for meetings, or just to study.

The Hartland Biggby owner is very rude to her customers. Today I was inside Biggby sitting with a friend while overhearing the owner scream at a customer about wearing a mask while everyone else in the building (customers) were not wearing masks. It was extremely inappropriate. I cannot believe what I witnessed. The owner refused to serve the customer who did not have a mask yet all other customers seated were NOT in masks. Bullying customer is unacceptable!!! I will not be going back to this Biggby ever again. Several of my coworkers come here to work and I will be passing along what I witnessed to them as well. No one is against masks but targeting ONE customer is unethical and terrible for business.

We usually go here on the weekends for a good cup of coffee. I like that the coffee is always the perfect temperature, and never tastes burnt. Overall, great place to grab a cup of coffee, a snack and hang out.

I come here from time to time for small business meetings, I just happened to see the owner walk in and said hello how have you been, while I was sitting at one of his table drinking his expensive coffee. We used to be in a business network, so I was simply saying hello. He couldn't even say hello just cut me off and said I don't have time and ran into the back. Well I'll make time to go elsewhere for business meetings and I'll let everyone know the same. Take a few seconds to say hello, you would think he would understand that people do meet at his place for business meetings, maybe you should be friendly to local businesses.

None of the employees had their masks on when we I came in and only half of them put theirs. To make things worse, THE MANAGER was there and just walking out.

Also, my muffin was pulled out of the fridge and given to me. Every other Biggby warms them, but they did not even offer.

Worst Biggby I've ever been to.

The girls are rude and argued with me that something on the website was not what the website said it was. I showed them the proof on my phone and both girls were nasty. The drive thru takes forever also.

Fast friendly service even there was a steady stream of customers. Mmm Red Velvet Latte, don't miss it!

Friendly and helpful people! I will be making this location my new go to coffee spot, even though it is slightly out of the way. Thanks to Avery and Andrew for a great experience!
