Biggby Coffee

Good coffee, but the staff here has a difficult time handling a drive thru and in store customers. It seems that priority is given to drive thru customers. I ordered a single latte in store and they served 4 cars in the drive thru while I waited 20 minutes for my order. Wish I could say it was a one off experience, but it’s been this was since they added the drive thru earlier this year.

Every single time I come in here, everyone is so delightful, and my drinks are always perfect! Today I had a woman who is training a gentleman, I think this is the best Carmelo apple cider freeze ever had, thank you man! I admire her patience, and her energy! You guys are wonderful!

I love coming to this location to meet up with friends and catch up. There's always a seat available said to sit down for a little bit -inside and outside - over a cuppa coffee. The staff is always smiling and friendly. And the location has just the right amount of energy while you're there, as you would expect a coffee shop to have. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. And it's less than a mile away from US 23. I've been coming to this location for almost 5 years now and I'll continue.

Drinks are much better quality than comparable coffee shops. I appreciate that they offer decaf espresso any time of day, unlike other places. Best part is that you can't even tell it's decaf, it tastes great!! The employees are extremely welcoming and friendly, they always know how to make you smile!

Everyone that works here seems to be friendly and does a good job striking up conversations. They appear to get a lot of loyal customers as they recognize some immediately upon entrance. The service reasonably quick and the coffee is excellent. Much better than their competitor, Starbucks, which I have discontinued patronage since their anti conservative stance.

I ordered two large drinks, one frozen and one iced. They hand me the first drink and it’s hot and I told them no it’s supposed to be frozen and the other is iced. They remake the drink and give me a large frozen drink and then they give me a medium iced drink even though I ordered and paid for a large. I get to work and give my co worker the frozen drink and it wasn’t even the right drink. The whole order was wrong in multiple ways, after already asking them to fix it.

Friendly staff and great coffee is the only reason for any stars.

Unfortunately there is a HUGE difference with the new owner, past few months in particular... I have been a weekly customer since this location opened. There seems to be very little training for the new employees (which was almost all of them at one point) leaving customers waiting for sometimes 17 minutes (only 2 people with 3 total drinks in front of me at the time) and then after a long wait the same drink I've been ordering for 7+ yrs tastes different. Every. Single. Time.

Staff is always SUPER friendly! But please give these poor employees the tools and training they need for them to be successful at their job!

I came in last week and got my favorite Red Bull Smoothie.

Becky and Averie (the Barista's) were super-friendly, quick, polite and did their job in miraculous time. I was in and out before I knew it.

They made sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it to be and I was fully amped up with the appropriate energy I needed to make it through the day.

Thank you again Biggby Coffee in Hartland, MI. I will be back for this kind of service!!!

The worse customer service from the individual at the register. Besides having short-rude spurs of vocal interaction she TOOK OFF HER MASK to take a drink in THE MIDDLE of our order. There was no offer of assistance when I was having trouble with my card. There were other small issues, but it is are to say I will definitely not be stopping here again. I felt extremely embarrassed for the batista making the drinks.

Highly recommend. No snoody baristas...just great coffee, great focused employees, and quick paced service! Win win with just those few things...don't even get me started on my new reasoning as to why I adore my Bigby!....Daily/weekly deals!!!! Free shot days...even free drink...it's just nice to get an unexpected or even expected treat regardless of whether I'm an a frequent costumer with an app downloaded and certain quantity of pts...the hassle of the things alot of businesses can make you go thru to enjoy certain perks or deals often aren't worth the hassle or even extra 2.5 mins of my time and the others time behind me in line...so often pass on those opportunities...at bigby it's just there to take or not to take and boom...you and your order are on with your day before ya know it.little things like this from a big name are such things to look back on and be appreciative of really...try it out if you haven't..I definitely recommend even for smoothie lovers alike (more than coffee here folks!!!!). love it.
