Biggby Coffee

The Barista was amazingly friendly, and extremely fast. I think her name was Becky? Great way to start the day. She had an awesome recommendation when they didnt have soy; I'm definitely switching to oat milk!

The pumpkin spice latte is yummy. My wife and I get that until it's no longer available. Service there was fast and the drink was perfect.

Outstanding service, my company and I were able to utilize the meeting room that Biggby offers. The ladies that we're working this morning were full of positive energy and willing to accommodate all the needs let my team had. Thank you so much Biggby for the great experience and hosting our companies meeting!

This Bigby location has the SLOWEST drive through in the area. It’s no wonder Dunkin and Tim Hortons have lines wrapping around the building, while Bigby has a completely empty drive through. I have visited 3 times with no less than a 6 minute wait AT THE WINDOW. Today, I waited 10 minutes.They need more staff. BADLY.

This is the best Biggby I have been to. The staff is always friendly and really get to know you. They've asked about vacations and events that I mentioned in visits before.
They also know my favorite drinks which was a little unexpected.
I highly recommend the Summer Breeze cream freeze with some mandarin orange flavor added in.

The coffee is good and staff is polite but the wait is terrible. Even when they are not busy it takes too long. Last time I was in it took more than 10 minutes for 1 latte and it was only me and 1 other guest in there with 2 staff behind the counter. I will never go on my way to work again, can't chance it.

My favorite Biggby! Simply put:

- They are always friendly in a real way. People all have tough days, but people can tell when you are being fake. These guys manage to stay transparent and still caring. Huge bonus.
- They participate in nearly every promotion. They even have promotions I haven't seen elsewhere. I love my latte's, but have a hard time with the idea of taking out a small bank lone for a "fluffy clouds" fix, so deals often define the route to my destination.
- Fast. They are decently quick.
- They are busy, but not insanely. The can manage to do business well vs. being overly rushed all, allowing them to be able to give quality service.
- One con - no drive through. On the flip side of this - a pro - I get to say hi to and build relationships with all of the cool people who currently work there!

Lovely baristas. Very customer service oriented. Try a medium hot chocolate (with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle) for $5.75.

I've been here twice and I guess I can see the appeal to some but a little pricey in my opinion. Nothing special about the food for me, coffee was good but I'm no connoisseur. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere might make it worth while to those who can fit a daily visit into their budget. If I come back it will be with coupons for sure.

Service here is great. Baristas are super friendly and drinks are made surprisingly quick. I suggest getting a Sweet Tooth or Wild Zebra frozen. But all the seasonal drinks are amazing!
