BIGGBY COFFEE Drive-Thru

Has never gotten my order right. I order a seasame bagel sausage egg and cheese NO cream cheese. Theyre slow as all get out. There was only two cars ahead of me and i sat for 20 min. When i finally got my bagel i had to rush to work bc now i was late even though i work just down the road (maybe 5 min). When i got to work i opened the sandwich and it was an everything bagel sausage egg and cheese WITH cream cheese. This type of error has happened twice. I cant eat cream cheese, so i just cant eat my sandwich. Bummed i spent ~$6 each time to not have anything to eat until i can get out for lunch.

Most times this location is great. Just go in the morning. Anything afternoon seems to be a mess. Went specifically for a Redbull drink and there was definitely no redbull put in.

Two words: African Autumn. That is the best tasting tea as a cold latte! I am so hooked. Of course the staff is always so sweet and accommodating. I feel like I have money when I go there! Lol

Usually i love Biggby, but the one I took my birthday gift coupon (on my phone) to regised to give me a birthday coffee! The site stopped working 1/2 way through & even tho the staff could see my name & tried to help- no completed coupon-no deal. Made me "birthday sad". I couldn't believe that she refused to give me my gift coffee & let me wall out. 😐

Baristas here were good and patient bigbee's card and points and rewards a pain in the behind to use had to call corporate AGAIN BUT thanks to their attitude we probably saved at least $200. To $250. Guess I really shouldn't complain😁

Always friendly, quick drive thru service even if there is a long line. Wish they carried some other items like their primary competitor, but if I'm going just for coffee, this is a great option.

Waited In the drive thru for 30 mins with only 2 people in front of me (no way to get out once your in).... No apology just full price over 7$ for 1 large expensive frozen coffee drink

During a pandemic, they stick the card reader out the window for you to pay then the only question it ask you is if you want to leave a tip. Kind of ridiculous. I've never had a fast food joint ask for tips.

Ordered coffee and found they only filled the cup 2/3. Called and spoke to Danea and she said they would replace the cofee or give refund. Drove back and she would not honor unless I brought back the short cup. Be cafeful when pulling out, huge pothole.

Went through the drive-thru however it seemed like it took forever to get our drinks. There were only three or four cars in front of me but I was in line for 20 minutes. I'm not sure why we could not go into order our drinks because that is permitted in Michigan
