BIGGBY COFFEE Drive-Thru

The slowest drive thru I've ever had to use. I prefer Biggby coffee over others but the service here is SO terrible I'll just go else where. Today I was the only car in line and only 1 person inside being waited on and I watched 3 girls working. 1 girl making food, another making a drink and the third standing there doing nothing. Eventually she pours my coffee in a cup and gives it to me. I don't know why I decided to give them a chance bc this place CONSISTENTLY has terrible drive thru service. Not making this mistake anymore. Lost my business

My husband and I decided to try bigger coffee today and by our surprise it was not what we expected. The service was great but the prices are outrageous. And worst of all our coffee was cold and had a bad after taste . After this bad experience we decided to stay loyal to Tim Hortons at least their coffee taste great and always hot and most of all their prices are reasonable!

I walked in your establishment with no customers inside and 4 associates behind the counter. Your first words were after I approached the counter was. - “ what can I do for you today” after I walked past everyone with no greeting to the register. No good morning, no hello. I said good morning and proceeded to my order. Coffee was placed on the counter when I walked down. No here is your coffee sir. Have a good day, thanks for choosing us today. Thank you or come again. I choose not to spend my breakfast coffee disposable dollars with you. What an unpleasant experience!!! I will drive past you to Tim Hortons or Panera. Never again.

Really disappointed. This location always screws my drink up. Every time. I go out of my way to go to the one on Ford rd. I also found out the hours are not updated online for this location. Went there at 8:02pm and it was already closed even though online said 9pm. No one in sight. Been closed. The Ford rd location has updated hours....now I can't trust when they say they will be open (just in case I don't have time to go to Ford rd location). Geez get it together would ya?

I pass by this Bigby every single day on my way to work and I cannot say enough BAD things about it... the service of the woman this morning was the worst I'd ever heard at the drive thru... absolutely rude and they are constantly out of eggs

"The Knee is awesome piercer!!! He is very explanatory of the process and he is extremely fun. Also the young lady that runs the counter is super sweet and nice and she's also very informative as well. I am definitely going back for more piercings!

I love biggby, absolutely love it. But this 1 biggby I swear to never go to again. They gave me expired coupons to start with acouple weeks ago and crossed out the expiration date saying “it doesn’t have a expiration date” so I went back today and I’m trying to order and the guy keeps interrupting me, then I get to the window and he says the coupon is expired so he won’t take it and they don’t have any coupons. Ok whatever stuff happens, then he hands me my drinks and they aren’t even the drinks I ordered and I said so. His response was “well that’s what you ordered”

There is not a cup of coffee in the world worth what you pay for a cup of coffee here. But, I am a sucker for hot, caffeinated sugary beverages that cost 3 times as much as a gallon of milk because I live in a society where I have convinced myself I DESERVE to drink something really over priced served by super peppy people who then suggest you tip them for handing you a coffee a machine made.

Entitlement never tasted so good.

Brewed coffee has special flavors. Turkey harvati bragel is nice for breakfast. Clerks are nice and friendly. It takes a bit long on the drive through. Small coffee is only 20 to 30 cents cheaper than medium, whose size is too big.

Drive thru is super convenient, reasonably fast.
