Great coffee and bagels- avoid on the weekend, they put their slow staff on the morning shift. Sat in line for 20 minutes after waiting at the speaker silently for 5 only to have a confused employee ask me at the window if I had ordered something. I had assumed the speaker was broken, not that the staff couldn't be bothered to ask me to wait- which I would have happily done so.

Disappointing that during the pandemic a place that says open until 7pm closes their toaster at least 40 min before close. I work nights so not many places I can eat on my way to work with coffee.
Edit: Owners were super helpful! It was a mistake and they addressed it with the staff as well as invited me back. I've been back twice since and the staff has been VERY kind and the coffee is always great. Thanks guys!

Been waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes. 2 cars in front of me the entire time. Drinks were cold. Im talking literally over 20 minutes for each of these cars to get their DRINKS! Just DRINKS!

This is my absolute favorite location. They always have a smile, and are always polite. And today the manager even checked on me because I sounded pretty rough over the intercom... He asked me if I felt okay! Like how awesome is that?
I don't know what their criteria is for this certain location, but it definitely works. 💕

1) I didn't get a receipt with my order, 2) Price was wrong & was overcharged according to website. (2.19 + 3.49) x2, x1.06 does not equal $14. 3) The coffee is old or has been sitting out for too long. This has happened 4/5 times, so I'm going to get my coffee elsewhere. It's too expensive for stale sludgy coffee.
But I like that they do Coffee with a Cop here. That's a nice little community event.

My friend and I just walked out, out experience was horrible. There were two girls there, the one at the register was very nice however there was a caucasian girl with brown hair, she had a little bun on the top of her head, wearing glasses as well as a camouflage jacket. She’s was extremely rude to us when she told us we couldn’t use our coupon, then assumed that we didn’t want to purchase our drinks because she wouldn’t let us use our coupon and just walked away from us, ignoring us, leaving us standing there.

This place Is always slow and rarely gets your order correct. Manager in the mornings needs to go!

I keep going back to Biggby because they originated in Michigan. This location happens to be on my way to work. I must say I have returned several times and they have everything together again. The place is running like a well oiled machine. Way to go team! Please keep up the great work.

Friendly service but not everyone is good at making drinks. They ALWAYS put brand new employees on drinks, so annoying. The drink is almost never good. Why should I have to pay for their training? That is your job, not mine. Coffee at $6 a pop need to be made perfectly, end of story. I don't have money to waste on a test run w/your new employees & even some of the old ones. Here is some advice, find out your employees strength and put them there. Not everyone is going to be good at making those drinks, it is an art. Either you got it or you don't, either way I am not going to keep wasting money at your establishment.
