The staff are upbeat always have a smile on their face. This is a place you like to go if you like good coffee that is not bitter. Will always frequent Biggby !

I love Biggby Coffee. I have never really had a bad experience with this company, and this one did not disappoint! My order was made just right, and the staff was very very friendly.

Every time I come here I am treated not only to delicious coffee or tea drinks but also to the extremely friendly staff. It is a joy to go to a place where you can get your caffeine fix and a dose of fun.

An amazing coffee shop with drinks for children also. They also have snacks you can buy there, coffee beans, ground coffee, travel cups and mugs, and coffee flavorings. I love going there when I go out for coffee and the employees are always nice there.

Went to this biggby and ended up spending 20 mins waiting in line and bout 10min to order. And by the time we got to the window they didn’t let us know that the credit card machine was down so we needed cash which we didn’t have. If we would of known it was down we wouldn’t of wasted that time in line.

Still our favorite coffee stop in Michigan. Only draw back with this location is just that, location. Easy to miss. But service and product was great.

Soooooo much better than other brands frozen drinks!! Always friendly and reasonably quick.
