Biggby Coffee

Passing through on our way home from the U.P. .Friendly staff and I love the messages on their cups! My latte was delicious.

Though I live in Indiana, my son and I happened on this location on the way home from our camping trip in the U.P. Same GREAT coffee and same STELLAR interaction with the GREAT staff. Just like the one in my area at home. Thanks Biggby!

Better than Starbucks. Amazing

I'm not sure if it's the lack of staffing or just really slow service but I was in the drive thru line behind three cars for over 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. Not great, but the product is quality 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really great coffee restaurant. They have really cool employees and the assistant manager ,(My girlfriend), is the sweetest person around there. I recommend this place to people. Their coffee is legit the best thing to enjoy. If you want something better than gas station coffee, that is the place. Happy coffee searching.

I really like this place with the exception of one thing, and please see the humor in this because I love this place. As you enter and exit the restaurant there is a very loud beeper on the door to let the staff know the door has opened. This is pretty normal, but the staff simultaneously says "hello" as the beeper is going off and you are still 25 feet away from them. So as I walk in I hear "BEEP" and "HELLO!" right at the same time. I like to think I am a friendly person and want to say "good morning!" but then I have to shout it because I am still twenty feet from the counter. Any chance you could wait until the customer gets a little closer to the counter to greet them? Now that my fun little gripe is out of the way, I'll say again that I like this place a lot. I frequent here, and the staff are very friendly and talkative, and very energetic - probably hopped up on caffeine. - lol. I know I would be if I worked in a coffee shop. I've heard the owner speak at a couple local events and she is extremely friendly and professional.

Love this place and it's wonderful people! I have never been one to buy drinks at coffee houses when I can get stuff I'm happy with at any gas station. But we came in on one of there opening days with a great coupon. But then I fell in love with all the wonderful people!

I went here on a whim and although a 16 Oz latte has a rather steep price of $5.50 (w/tax) I have to say the Honey Lavender Latte was delicious (nice little "you got this" written on the lid, which considering I have a test tomorrow is oddly perfect). I've never seen lavender as a drink choice and maybe some may think it's weird but it was perfect. The honey wasn't overwhelming and the lavender was noticeable but delicate. The staff is friendly and I got a rewards card while there. Oh and it actually smells like coffee (some places are overly sweet); it was perfectly balanced. Nice job Biggby! :-)

Super friendly staff! Wide variety of beverages to choose from and they are made to order with fresh ingredients! Biggby is my favorite!
