Biggby Coffee

I’ve been here twice over past 2-3 weeks (after months of not coming) due to coupons in mail. Before, Biggby workers at this location were always very friendly! The last two times, however, the (same) girl taking my order over drive-thru has been pretty awful. A mixture of exhaustion and ugh-can-we-just-get-this-over-with bad attitude in her voice. First time I figured bad day, doesn’t handle long lines well, but a second time—? Also I got straight-up hostility when she didn’t know what a shot in the dark was, I described it, and in reading back my order, she said “red eye” instead, with a special emphasis on that “correction.” Lol. Girl they’re the same. By contrast Starbucks workers are always extremely kind and friendly, every time. I won’t be returning to Biggby.

Btw, a brief review of some drinks I’ve had over past year, their honey lavender latte is a tad too delicate and is like warmed milk (add another shot of espresso and would prob be on target), their earl grey-anything is like ingesting chemically perfume, fluffy clouds is very sweet though okay, but the shot in the dark ironically was amazing.

I finally tried BIGGBY and I love their Mocha Mocha! I’m hooked. I’ve been to Starbucks and I would much rather come to BIGGBY hands down. I haven’t seen any workers that’s been rude,snotty or unfriendly. Definitely my new place to go!

It was my first time at Bigby. The 4 ladies were patient and fantastic. A wealth of product knowledge. Friendly and so quick making the products.

You never can go wrong with Biggbg coffee. Their service is always impeccable.

Served burnt bagel and uncooked egg and didn’t follow my order.

Staff are always super friendly, great selection of coffees and drinks.

I cannot express my love for this business enough. Biggby is LOVE , Biggby is LIFE. I get a coffee or a scuba every day, today I decided to get a breakfast bagel, amazing as always

They always have great coffee...sadly...with any coffee place drive-thru the wait is long. I still go for the great coffee!!

die hard biggby fan and omg they have a drive thru, you can sometimes get coupons in the back of family fare receipts which make the deal even better, amazing coffee tastes oh so good, lots of flavors whether it iced, hot or frozen. love the seasonals like apple cider or sun tan lines, great speedy service and kind staff highly recommend for your next coffee experience
