Biggby Coffee

We always enjoy stopping at Biggby Coffee, but this Cadillac location was especially friendly. They made great beverages, offered us a Biggby points card. One employee even wrote cute encouraging notes on the coffee lids! Their tip was larger than usual!

Try the frozen hot chocolate! Yummy!

I love how accommodating they are! My husband is allergic to all cow products and to have so many alternative options for him is awesome! Their lattes are good and the workers are nice!

Came for a coffee and a small smoothie. Waited 15-20 minutes for the girls to ignore the drive thru. They didn’t even open it to have me pay or anything. They didn’t start my stuff until after everyone in lobby was gone. Not impressed. We couldn’t stay because we have jobs as well and didn’t think it would take 20 minutes. Probably won’t be back.

Hacked by son. Amazing Service. The nice lady by the name of Sierra was really nice and sweet. The Galaxy Bear I got was well worth the 15 miles. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks. - Donovan Olivier.

Staff are very nice and service is quick. I just wish there was a diaper changing station available. I always think of biggby as a family friendly establishment and a changing station would only support that idea even more.

I'm a frequent Biggby drinker usually from Gaylord or sometimes Traverse City, but got one from Cadillac and was so disappointed! When I pay 7.00 for a drink I want it to be worth it! These girls didnt use enough ice so was super thick so half stayed in blender and they proceeded to fill the rest with whipped cream. I told them I wanted the other half that was left in blender not whipped cream. They looked at me like I was stupid. I was buying $35.00 worth. Never again will I go to that one and I've NEVER had any problems to the many others I've been to. Theres a standard to follow, managers need to make sure they are being followed.

Great coffee as always but a lot slower service than other locations. Don't go for happy hour... There isn't one at this location.

Horrible service. Was not greeted-not a word was said to me. I asked if she was ready for my order, she nodded. Pretty sure she could speak she just chose not to. While waiting for my drink, one of the other cashiers said the "f" word. Probably will not be back.

Biggby could be bigger than Starbucks but their sales team is lacking. Starbucks teaches sales and customer service, BIGGBY from what i see only teaches the basics. Their is much more to a great cup of coffee than a cup and brown water.
