Good catch-up vibe with many students studying and chatting there. Not good for quiet studying. Sometimes no seats because of too many students.
Coffee could take 15-20 minutes to make.
Good coffee but could take forever!
Not vegan cookies!

I love the common cup! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, plus great drinks and pastries! It’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon working or reading. The space can be a bit noisy sometimes but it doesn’t bother me at all. A side note: they do charge an extra 25¢ for takeout cups so BYO coffee cups if you are on-the-go (I actually appreciate this policy cuz it encourages environmental consciousness!)

Super friendly and relaxed place with a nice art exhibit on the walls. Great coffee! They have special events on Fridays. I will go back. It’s non-profit!

Everything about this spot is delightful. Chill music, friendly staff, good drinks, and PARKING (which is a big deal this close to UofM). A new favorite study spot for sure.

Loved this place! Very reasonable prices especially compared to big National chains. Wonderful service. Very open atmosphere. When we were there, there was plenty of seating! A bit tricky parking but doable and in a very neat part of Campus town!

Very chill relaxed but unpretentious spacious coffee shop away from the bustle of town but not too far from everything. Delicious lattes, including the miel. Got some work done in a really calm atmosphere. We'll be back.

The Common Cup has an amazing, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. I always see groups of people studying or just chilling out. I almost always get a tea latte. I don't know how they do it, but their milk frother must be top notch! I have yet to find another coffee shop that froths their milk to this level of fluffy. I love a super fluffy latte. Also, the portion sizes are huge for the price. If you order the biggest size of drink, it will come in a comically huge sized mug, like a soup bowl. I'm not complaining. You will get a LOT of drink! One of my most favorite coffee shops to relax in.

One of Ann Arbors best kept secrets, sorry. Great atmosphere, great drinks, great parking, great staff, great events, yet still a quiet and calm study spot. You literally cannot go wrong here.

Possibly my favorite cafe in Ann Arbor, and definitely my favorite place to study on campus. Consistently friendly service, excellent coffee/espresso drinks, and now they even have baked goods from DJ’s Bakery for a quick study snack. Soooo good.

It's in/part of a church! Didn't know that when I showed up. It's very quiet, partially underground, and has a library-like feeling. Definitely better for going alone than going to chat
