RoosRoast Liberty

Wonderful service and great drinks and food. I was looking for a morning bite to eat and the guys behind the counter recommended the breakfast burrito with potato. It was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! Thank you, Roos Roast!

I love RoosRoast. Whether you go to the one here on Liberty or their sister location on Rosewood, both of these coffee shops are beautiful, unique, and are staffed by some of the friendliest, most knowledgable coffee specialists I have ever met. If you're swinging through Ann Arbor, make it your mission to take some time and relax with a Honey Vanilla Latte at either location.

Always a stop anytime I'm in Ann Arbor. They're incredibly friendly, and anything you get is guarunteed fresh. The Avocado toast with egg, and a Honey Vanilla latte is my go to!

The best coffee ever!! Roos will have no shortage of positive reviews and they deserve it 100%. They're completely unpretentious, all of their roasts are impeccable, the atmosphere rocks, and the staff are so chill, kind, and welcoming. I'm sad that I only got to enjoy this new location downtown for a short while before moving away - do y'all ship beans out?! I hope Roos will be around for a long while and I will be back!!

Great coffee, nice atmosphere

Everybody is so friendly there! It's my favorite spot for a break. They have the best avocado toast (add egg!), and the chocolate cold brew is great.

This is such a lively and hip little place, with great food and good coffee. You can count on it being crowded any day, and it's on the noisy side (but I usually like the music here), but there are always interesting conversations to eavesdrop on or to jump into with a stranger sharing the table, and I enjoy it lots when I'm in the mood for it.

I travel a lot for work. The Lobster Butter Love as pour over is the best coffee I’ve found this far to date. I’ve only found one other place and blend that comes close in my opinion. I’m very happy I can keep getting those beans online wherever I am.

Great coffee, enthusiastic staff, super tasty food (get the breakfast burrito) and playlists that will make you want to track down the songs. There's a lot of hipster coffee shops in Ann Arbor, but this one has a more relaxed vibe.
