Great spot for lunch--definitely one of the best options in town. The croque monsieur is delicious--lots of ham and they add dijon for a twist--as is the cranberry chicken salad. Very pleasant interior and a relaxed vibe. Service can fluctuate as it tends to in any tourist town. Overall, vastly superior, especially considering the low bar set by the competition!

Hollandaise hit the spot on my Benedict’s, nice twist with whole grains mustard. Service was very efficient, will visit on our nect trip.

Food was superb, service excellent. Kitchen adjusted for various food allergies and waiter alerted us that one dish unexpectedly contained an allergen for my dinner companion. Music playlist was a delight - Julieta Venegas even! Highly recommended!

Get the Linguica....or in other words Portuguese sausage! Omg, it was so nostalgic to eat this for breakfast! I grew up eating this in Hawaii and haven't had any for quite some time.

This place was recommended to me by a new friend I met in P-Town. He said it's the best place to get breakfast and brunch so I thought I had to try it.

Dining alone, it was easy to snatch a seat at the bar, but if you come with a group of 3 or more, there will likely be a wait to get a table. But don't fret, any place (IMO) that has a line out the door and people are willing to wait, the food MUST be amazing, and sure enough, it was delicious and boy was I satisfied with my meal.

Just remember, this place is busy, so be polite, be patient, and someone will be there to take your name and place you in que.

Breakfast selection is pretty standard, I chose to have the eggs benedict with spinach and a side of Linguica. First time I've ever heard of Linguica, and when I asked what it was, the bartender said "portuguese sausage." DONE! Ordered! Meal devoured!

Definitely check this place out if you want a delicious breakfast/brunch in P-town for a decent price.

When in Provincetown be sure to eat here! Food and service both incredible!!! Can't wait to come back. Make sure you get a muffin grilled with butter they were delicious and coffee was awesome too.

New owners: Eggs Benedict overcooked, then undercooked and runny like a little kids nose. Bland sauce and overpriced for lack of quality. The staff are friendly as they have always been.

McGuire's art is not shown on the walls anymore. It really added to the feel of the place.

Quaint little cafe in an historic building near the center of town. The Lobster Benedict was out of this world delicious. I never had mustard seeds in the type of "Holindaise" sauce before. It added the perfect unexpected flavor. Debe, our server, was wonderful and kept the coffee flowing on this frigid 23 F. degree morning. We enjoyed chatting with her, other staff and patrons. There aren't a lot of restaurants in town open in winter and even fewer for breakfast. This was a delightful find.

Food was on point for brunch. Delicious bloody mary. Probably the best I've ever had

i went here tonight (friday, july 8th) at 7pm with a group of seven.

the atmosphere is low key and relaxed. waiters are attentive, cooks are lightning fast, and the food is always great. the gazpacho along with the cod fish was my fav on this trip.

this is the third time i've been to this restaurant and have never left disappointed. will comeback again, hopefully, next year for another round.

First the good: This place has a nice atmosphere, interesting decor, and is in a great location. The food(I had breakfast)was ok but no better than IHOP.
Service was great! I sat at the bar and Fabio was terrific.

Now the not so good: I paid over $20 for eggs, bacon, coffee & toast. Wth?
In my opinion that is ridiculous. I looked at their lunch items and they seemed reasonable but you shouldn't be paying lunch/dinner prices for breakfast. They charge $8 for eggs! Just silly, lol.
