This place has an amazing athmosphere for which i would give 5/5. I mean they even have alot of different boardgames to play. The athmosphere is ruined by two things in my opinion: incredibly expensive prices for small serving sizes AND a coffee with caramel and maple syrup that was not mixed so that it all collected on the bottom and towards the end tasted like i was chugging pure sugar.
The responsibility of mixing such a drink lies with the barista NOT with the customer. The customer expects a finished drink, for which he paid almost $5 for a small cup.

Nice hangout and a coffee place in downtown Lowell. Parking a problem on weekends.
On another visit ordered cappuccino but received latte.
The sandwich was not to my taste. Sour and bland.

Nice food and location. Normally a place for college students but we went between semesters. Paid a tip but really had very limited service.

Very pretty. Kind staff. Fashionable vibe. The mills give the vibe that New York had pre-gentrification.

Really cool place and really good food and coffee! Be aware, if you are an out-of-stater visiting on a weekday at weird hours, the building and elevator might seem a bit scary, but it is definitely worth it.
As a West-Coaster, I personally think the coffee could improve by changing the beans they use, but this is still the best coffee I've had on the East-Coast so far!

First time coming to Coffee and Cotton. One of the best atmospheres I've experienced in a cafe. Great lattes and fair priced meals. Expansive seating areas with different nooks and natural light. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great vibe, highly recommend.

Relaxing and warm ambiance. On-street paid parking. Slow (but pink!) elevator to the 4th floor. Unique hall with vintage-looking shops. Great vanilla latte (12 oz only available) and friendly customer service :)

$10.25 for a very small BLT. $7 for a small latte with a caramel shot. Tomato soup was lukewarm. Atmosphere is great, but very overpriced.

Baristas are super nice. Fun atmosphere. That was until the manager or whom thinks she’s the manger came walking in guns a blazing. Brown curly hair, glasses and septum ring. She started yelling about lights not being at the correct setting. Stomping around in her boots making her presence known to all. Standing at one end of the room talking to her friends she walked in with at the other end of the room. Disturbing everyone else enjoying their meal and coffee. She clearly has a power trip. I’ll be sure to not stay when she’s here next time. Food and drinks are enjoyable. I feel sorry for the staff. The entire atmosphere and energy dropped when that girl walked in. She’s why i took two stars away.
