REALLY good book selection - local stuff and well-selected cookbooks are especially nice. And I really appreciate that they put on events, host local campaigns every once in a while, and generally strive to be a part of a *community*, not just a profit engine with a pretty vibe.

Very cute place. Love that it's a cafe and bookstore. Please not that it's all vegan. I did not know this, but the pastries and drinks were definitely great anyway. Pricier than expected for the pastries, so would be a regular every day occurrence for me, but visiting once in a while is a must. Love all the stickers and bookmarks too.

Do not like police at all. They have signs up saying that. If their establishment was ever robbed or people out of control the first number they would call is the police. Why do public restaurants get away with bad mouthing police? No Respect

Such a wonderful little spot with great food and drinks. Love the vegan menu, which is so welcome on the Cape where many places have no vegan options. The vibe here is awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to visit when you’re on the Cape!

10/10, good coffee, have it in house for the full experience. For the folks skeptical on the vegan aspect, don't knock it till you try it! Great place to sit down and read any kind of book you can think of. Good vibes and good people.

sharing my experience as someone who is vegan and can’t find food anywhere. COME HERE! their portuguese burrito is SO GOOD but very spicy so be careful. the blueberry lemon scones they get are

now for coffee, i drink a lot of coffee from a lot of places and know my way around a bit. i would say their coffee is pretty good with the exception of their beans being a bit too dark for a latte, may taste a bit burnt. overall great place and awesome and kind chef!

Love the atmosphere at Bread and Roses as well as their mission to provide ethically-sourced products and vegan foods while providing a creative space that promotes equality and justice for all. My favorite order is an iced vanilla oat latte with blackberry/blueberry cold foam! Can't wait to go back and try the foods they offer

What a pleasant surprise to find this amazing all-vegan cafe and book store this morning. I loved the classic breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage and egg on an everything bagel. We had a delicious fall inspired pumpkin spice turnover pastry and a great Americano. They roast their own coffee here too. This place is a treasure here in Hyannis!

I'm fairly new to eating around my food allergies/sensitivities. While I can eat meat, it's easier to look for vegan food. I was recommended this place. So glad I tried it. Got the sausage, egg & cheese and it was SO good. The woman who helped me was incredibly nice, gave me lots of info. So happy to have somewhere I can go and just order food without having to worry about my allergies.
