Brilla Coffee - Holden

One of the nicest communities around now has an award winning and attractive place not only to rest but to recharge. This newly remodeled site has WiFi, comfortable furniture, convenient parking and easy access. On-site roasting and featuring an extensive selection of freshly roasted coffees from Latin America, Asia and Africa. Menu items such as breakfast sandwiches; pastries; lunch items and cold drinks make this place a ‘must’ for my friends and me. More than once I have found myself looking for an excuse to stay a little longer. The place is beautifully and appropriately decorated with a coffee plantation theme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Incidentally, the restrooms are clean as well.

During my recent move to the area, I found this place with my family. It was perfect for me to sit down with a coffee and cake and to think about priorities and what else has to be done. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sitting area is clean, attractive and organized. Even my kids like it. My seven year old son wanted to know if they provided free refills on the muffins! I had latte and it was excellent. I look forward to more visits and I hope to see the coffee beans roasted. An overall great experience.

The best and freshest coffee around. You get what you pay for. They roast their own coffee and can tell with every sip. Absolutely love the way they treat their customers and put so much love into their coffee. The long lines are worth the wait, a busy coffee shop means it’s loved my many!

I visit Brilla almost every day and will continue to give them my business. Hands down the best coffee shop! I love my flavorful lattes, chillerz and baristas! I have been a loyal customer since their old location on Main St and feel like family! They have taken the time to get to know myself and family and dogs. I even love the bonus of trying out the new flavors before they become available. Thank you Brilla for always being a highlight in my day!

I decided to try this cute coffee shop this morning, unfortunately I was disappointed. $10 for a small hot chocolate and a skimpy terrible breakfast sandwich on a stale, rock hard bagel. I will say the hot chocolate was good, but it's not hard to mess up hot chocolate. The only pleasant thing about this experience was the girl at the window. She was kind and had great customer service skills. I will not be coming back because the prices are too high and the food was terrible.

My house always has a bag of Brilla coffee in it. I don't buy any other brand now! It is a wonderful experience any time me or my family members stop by the shop. The staff and owners are friendly and make a great latte!! A great addition to the town of Holden, MA!

Excellent cafe mocha and cinnamon roll! Coffee-heavy menu, with minimal sweet treats and lunch bites. The smaller food menu is appreciated when wanting to focus on a good coffee though. Stop in!

Adorable spot. Fun and vibrant. Tasty treats and coffee is great. My issue is the service and cost. Every and I mean every order is wrong. If you ask for iced coffee you get hot. If you ask for hazelnut you get Carmel. And the up charges. Extra ice 99cents. Almond Milk 99cents. So an iced coffee with almond milk and extra ice add $2 to the already high price!!!! And try to find the Wi-Fi password. That seems to be too secret

So I went with a friend who ordered a decaf drink, and there was some disagreement as to whether it was actually decaf. The employee was arguing with her, getting defensive, telling her that was not what she ordered. My friend even offered to pay for another drink, which I believe they finally made for her. I was really surprised they argued with her! It was almost enough to ruin our outing. It felt off.. The atmosphere is nice and it's reasonably priced. I probably won't go back for awhile after this.

Visited Brilla Coffee with my family and we loved it. We felt it was not only a fancy coffee shop, but a great experience as soon as you walk in from the environment, smile and service, awesome coffee and food. We even saw how they roast the coffee, which was awesome experience. We will be back anytime we are in the area.
