I had the opportunity to visit this past Sunday, and they didn’t disappoint! I enjoyed the coffee and tea options. I went for the earl grey and my friend tried the mocha latte so good! I was excited to see the gluten free options from bagels to pastries & they even have some for the fur babies! Can’t wait to come back, thanks for the great experience.

Their Adventurer coffee is the best flavor I've ever had. The new food offerings (now in Holden too) are delicious and fresh. The staff and owners are both professional and very friendly, making the whole experience wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The friendliest staff and the best coffee around! We go every weekend and would go every day if we could :) The coffee is fresh and flavorful, and the food does not disappoint. We love being greeted by the familiar, friendly faces. By far our favorite local shop.

We have driven out from Boston several times after reading about Brilla Coffee and look forward to our next trip.
The shop is bright and clean and spacious with comfy cushioned seats and traditional wood/metal cafe seats. Each visit we have had their Sunrise Latte and enjoyed it very much. We have also tried their breakfast sandwiches which they have many options for which include vegetables and gluten free options which is a huge bonus!
The coffee is excellent and we are happy that they sell a wide variety of their roasted coffees in whole bean and ground so we can grind and brew Brilla beans at home.
Last note of mention are the people that work there, they have excellent customer service skills and are genuinely warm and friendly and made our experience even better.

I think most reviewers are more influenced by the ambience rather than quality of the product. Such is the case with Brilla. I think a cappuccino is a good test; ideally 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 foam. At Brilla it’s just a latte with a little more foam. And the espresso is slightly bitter.

I was in Northborough on business recently and stopped here for a break. It was a short visit but I truly enjoyed the fine service as well as the good coffee latte and sandwich. The counter staff was friendly and attentive and my order was served quickly. I also ordered a muffin to go, for later. The shop is well lit, comfortable, clean and very inviting. I intend to return, as I visit the area monthly and also because of the great variety of menu items and beverages. Thank you.

With a relatively recent grand opening, Brilla has already received official recognition and a variety of local awards. Location in the town center gives that ‘at home’ quality with easy access parking. A great place to have a break from the day’s stresses with a friendly and accommodating staff. Premises are tastefully decorated, clean, organized and most welcoming. Fresh roasted coffees from Central and South America as well as Africa and Asia. Menu items such as breakfast sandwiches, pastries and lunch options will make your choices an enjoyable experience. The chocolate muffins are wonderful! Take one home to your significant other and all will be forgiven!

I am passionate about the taste of hot coffee! I prefer it black, dark roast. Brilla provides whole beans for a fresh and flavorful cup every time (I have been here six times)!

I just had their coffee for the first time and I am pretty sure that is what coffee is actually supposed to taste like. I actually LOVE the taste of coffee. I asked for a caramel macchiato and I was worried it wouldn't be sweet enough to cover the bitterness of the espresso. Well... I was astonished upon my first sip. It wasn't just sugar and milk with a hint of coffee. It was sooo flavorful, with the coffee as the star of the show. And boy... is that coffee amazing. Hands down the best cup of coffee I have ever had. My new favorite coffee, Starbucks who?

Had a wonderful time at Brilla in Northborough. Coffee was excellent, I had the sunshine latte. It was clean, cozy, with friendly and helpful staff. It’s obviously a good local hang out, lots of people there chatting with each other.
