Brilla Coffee

I visit Brilla Coffee often on my way to work and during my lunch break and truly love it. The environment is cozy, great music and the baristas make you feel at home. I will be returning again soon!

So I tried the a northborough location, Coffee was pretty damn good and I’m picky. I’d go for coffee again BUT the donuts tasted 3/4 days old. ZERO stars for that Awful, why advertise donuts I don’t get it. Should have realized when I asked for donuts @9 am and not a single donut on the shelf, the employee went in back and said will make one. Tastes like it was frozen and reheated. Waste if money

I have heard so many great things about Brilla Coffee I had to come check it out! From the genuine partnership of local farmers around the world and the abundance of delicious natural flavored brewed coffee. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a cheerful smile from the barista and b-lined it to the wall of fresh roasted coffee bags. I left with 3 bags, a medium latte and a loyal customer punch card! Cheers to a great cup of coffee everyday!

Not sure what happened to In-House coffee. First time visiting this place and not impressed at all. Bagel was decent, but the coffee was terrible. I got a flavored iced coffee and it tastes like burnt grinds. After 1 sip I poured it out and found all these grinds in my cup.

It pains me to write this review. The coffee here is actually of a decent quality, but I did not receive the product I ordered and I am deeply concerned that this may be intentional. I ordered a nitro cold brew from here a few weeks ago and received what was likely just a standard cold brew. I have had a lot of nitro cold brew, the way it works is that in the pouring process it is pressurized by a nitrous tank which results in a thick crema and bubbles which add additional smoothness to the coffee. What I received was a coffee totally devoid of any gasses, the coffee equivalent of a completely flat beer. Either the staff does not know the difference, or the management is counting on customers not knowing the difference. Also, $2 for a 16 ounce Poland Springs is pretty egregious when I can buy a 24 pack at the supermarket for about a dollar more. Great coffee, bad management, sad review.

I'm new to the state, and have been looking for a new coffee roaster, and this coffee takes the bag. Not only is the coffee flavorful, it's not burned and the staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. I brought my 110lb dog, and he was very welcomed. Everything is clean, cute, and very very accommodating. 10\10 will be back and recommend!

I love this place! The coffee is wonderful and the staff are so friendly. There are lots of flavors and types of coffee too. I highly recommend Brilla’s.

I think they do the best with what they have. But a super-automatic espresso machine is just incapable of making good espresso. More similar to the strong brew you get from a mokha pot, but it is not espresso. That's ok, though. If you drink coffee with milk and sugar it'll make no difference. Get the cinnamon twist while you're there.

Had a great experience at Brilla Coffee, I stopped by for lunch and the staff was very friendly, Coffee was great and my chicken salad sandwich was perfect for my afternoon escape from work.
