Delicious coffee and very knowledgeable staff. The coffee tastes fresh and light and doesn’t leave you feeling groggy after like some other coffees do. I had the early grey black tea with hot steamed almond milk, which if you’re familiar, it is called London Fog. It was amazing. I highly recommend coffee from
Brilla Coffee. And they open at 6:30AM!

I've only been a couple of times, but the coffee was very good, and I like that you can see where they roast it.

I've been here a couple of times now and the cold brew is super tasty; especially with pistachio. Perfect acidity for my personal tastes and not bland in the slightest.
The staff is also friendly and likely to strike up a conversation or tell you about their favorites from their locally-roasted coffee selection. Lots of various flavors and single origin beans.
Overall, easily among the best in the area and worth the try.

We have been buying coffee for over a year and usually they have the coffee we are looking for. On Monday I went to the store to buy some coffee and it was not in stock. The person behind the counter said I could it online and pick it up. Today I spent over 30 minutes searching for the coffee desired and not even listed on website . Staff should be trained on proper procedures as it is irtating as a loyal customer and now I need to find another supplier. I also want to share with you that I drive over twenty miles to purchase the coffee.
Your website says free shipping on orders over $40.00 dollars. Maybe if you listed ALL of your coffee online people would buy more product.

Went there with my family. We had several different coffee drinks. Coffee is not good. Breakfast sandwiches where just ok. Prices are to high for this quality of food and drink

Brilla is my favorite coffee shop. Everything I've had is delicious and the baristas are really friendly. They have a lot of unique seasonal flavors that are all fantastic

Brilla has great coffee, and is run by some of the nicest people. I'm picky with my coffee choices, but they take such care in their roasting process that it is perfect every time. I love their brewed coffee in the shop and buying their beans to bring home. I've bought their coffee through a school fundraiser, received it as a favor at a wedding, and we used them for a client event when we opened our new office. They have an incredible story and are the nicest people, definitely stop in and check them out in Holden or Northborough.

I’m a regular here, the staff is so sweet and friendly and you’ll always have an interesting conversation with the baristas/owners. Totally worth the wait if there’s a long line, coffee is bold & strong, they are very transparent about where they source their beans and the farm that they work with. They make sure that their farmers make fair market prices unlike other big business coffee spots! The owners are from Nicaragua and support the Direct Trade Coffee Initiative. I literally cannot hype this place up enough!! If coffee isn’t your thing they’ve got other refreshing options too. Ohhh and if you sign up for texts you can get a voucher and they have a perk where after you fill out a card by going there for consistent morning fuel, you get a free coffee of your choosing. My go to order is an iced hazelnut sun latte with oat milk or rebel dark roast black. The ice they use is cool to in the way that it’s hollow and bc of this it doesn’t seem to water down my coffee. It’s really refreshing to have a coffee spot in town that truly cares about their employees and the people that grow, harvest and roast their coffee because that is hard work and oftentimes that work goes unnoticed due to this society where we don’t see the process. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you NEED to go.
