Morning staff to this place take their sweet time. I stood in front of the registered to order for a solid 7 min before someone even acknowledged my existence. I was the only one waiting, two people working and they both just ignored only to tell me that the sign they are advertising new coffee is just for show that they are out of those ingredients. If you’re going to charge $7 for a latte you have got to operate like it

I'm not a coffee connoisseur. I can't necessarily tell the difference between a perfectly crafted espresso shot and one that's "good enough." But I really liked my latte! Expensive, but fresh and toasty and delicious. It's the made-to-order Belgian leige waffles that made me come back. They're amazing, and made with authentic yeast dough and pearl sugar instead of batter. Unreal.

Outstanding coffee, and oatmilk by default! What more could you want?

Enrica Finotto

I had a oat cappuccino, which was good. Nice staff.

Our coffee was fine---but for $8 a drink one would expect not to have to enjoy it next to several open vats of disinfectant, while seated at sticky tables, overhearing staff clamor about a some nonsense on their watching on their phones.

I came on a Saturday afternoon looking for a hot cup of coffee and paid more than$5 and it was served lukewarm. Hot coffee is supposed to be hot. Not worth the effort or the price.

It is a happening place. Coffee is good. Maybe difficult to find a place to sit.

Expensive coffee, in line with the blue bottle name. Baristas are very experienced and served a great cup of coffee, albeit slowly. Definitely worth a visit. The ambience is nice too, to get some work done or have a conversation with a friend

Love the ambiance and high quality coffee! My new favorite spot to get work done on Newbury St.

Customer service was not great. Manager (blond white gentleman) said we need to wear mask when we were sipping our coffee, behind the glass screen and the staff was 6 ft away from us. I understand the importance of wearing one but I think their policy is over the top. I would have been more receptacle to following their policy if he was more friendly and understanding and less strict.
Coffee is okay.
