My favorite place for all things coffee related! The quality of each cup served (and product sold) is unparalleled. Every drink I’ve been served is impeccable in all aspects; temperature, taste, and quality are always on point. Truly, you'll have to try and see yourself. The staff at this location are beyond exceptional; they're kind, diligent, respectful and caring. Everyday I look forward to visiting, as it's always the highlight of my day. I'm met with smiling faces that make sure I have the best experience. Blue Bottle really feels like a second home. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!!
Wife and I came out from dinner and said let’s grab a coffee before heading home , saw this place and said let’s try it out . Walked in and I thought it was a study hall filled with kids doing Instagram studies , anyways I ordered a iced latte , ordered was done after 10 mins of hearing the employees complain about working the employee handed me the drink with no lid and filled to the moon so of course taking it from one counter to the other in ordered to put a lid on it spilled I take my first sip and immediately just throw it in the trash . I know Americans don’t have a taste in coffee and just like Milk with sugar but I expected atleast a hint of double shot in this small cup of latte all I tasted was 2% milk and water . Absolutely disgrace for this place to be called a coffee shop let alone being on Newbury St , my Keureg makes better coffee .
A lot of people come here simply for the aesthetic of blue bottle but don’t truly know anything about coffee or how it should taste.
I have yet to receive a properly dialed in espresso which kind of sucks. I think SOME of the baristas should be better trained on dosing, milk steaming, tasting shots.
Hit or miss.. they did get my matcha done well though.
I got a Gibraltar (cortado). The glass was not warmed up, and was broken and sharp on the broken rim. The milk was stretched too far and too hot, but only a little as it was still drinkable. The espresso was delicious. Not the best, but still very good. I would go again.

I had the sweet latte and it was very good. Very expensive though! Paid $15 for two lattes.

Nice decor but service here is uncomfortably bad. Staff needs management and supervision.

Pricey and busy (marathon weekend), but the coffee was fantastic!

Awesome service from both the cashier and batista. Cappuccino and Macha latte were yummy. Seating not great.
