Blue bottle coffee is incredible and very high quality. I had their oat latte and it was great. Only wish they had syrup to add different flavors to their coffees
Awful slow service and bad attitude. Asked for a cappuccino and got what looked like a vending machine coffee (for $7). Asked them to please make it again and this is the best they could…clearly, baristas have not been trained here.
I was definitely not awake enough to compute that the default latte milk I was asked to confirm was oat milk not whole milk. If unprepared, an oat milk latte was slightly disturbing to the tastebuds.
Living in Boston for 5 years this was my favourite coffee spot.
The team who works there are amazing. Their communication, friendliness and not to mention the excellent coffee (tough to find in Boston/USA) made this my favourite spot.
I hate leaving bad reviews! On the plus side the coffee IS good. As someone who works with the public; I know how rude people can be so I always try my best to be nice to any server anywhere. I ensured to tip also, even though coffee is expensive these days. Not including the barista with the fab colourful makeup - the two girls were ranting about a staff member applying for full time.. Then I was called for my coffee & I said thank you, I was ignored, I said have a good day and I was ignored😅 so I won’t be back as I’d rather tip nicer baristas & have nice coffee ☺️

Bluebottle is the next STARBUCKS, the best and better quality coffee with same taste all around the country.
I love the place and vibe and premium prices attract classy people who appreciate the experience of coffee beyond a black daily beverage.

Blue bottle is known for their quality and craft. Excellent coffee with a fashionable open inviting space in the mall.

Latte ZEN perfection. Blue Bottle sets The Standard for creating an exceptional experience. Quintessential Boston location on Newbury Street.

Decent coffee, well trained baristas. A beautiful airy shop with just enough pastries in the case for a snack. A good place to stop on Newbury.

I love the black cardamom latte, I hope they never take it out of the menu 🥹🙏 The baristas I’ve interacted with are all friendly and pleasant.
