This place is great but I really wish their coffee was better. They do decent lattes and awesome pastries/sandwiches. The environment is perfect for relaxing, doing work or meeting with friends. The area is perfect and the staff are friendly and remember you. Definitely worth checking out

Was in the area with a few friends on our Sunday bike ride early morning to a car show. Breakfast was in order and one of the guys suggested Caffe Nero. 👍👍 yes sir!!! The made to order banana and strawberry smoothie was excellent, also had a egg and bacon biscuit and that hit the spot. That set the mood for a day of riding. The lines move slow but it's worth the wait.

Friendly and experienced baristas know how to do it right.
Looking for authentic Italian espresso and cappuccino, you found it. Come on in and enjoy.
Looking for a candied up sugary slop, keep driving and save the seats for those who know how coffee should taste.

Great coffee and treats but a little on the pricey side. The Cold Brew is excellent and the atmosphere of the store itself is very calming and relaxing. There are spots where you can sit by the fireplace and get lost in a book while drinking your favorite coffee drink

Great espresso drinks. Delicious sandwiches. Love the Brie and fig on baguette. Only challenge is that it's hard to find a seat and the floors are dirty. This Sunday morning , it was clear that a vacuum had not touched the floors in weeks. There was an inch on dust under every couch. Sad to see in such a beautiful place.

Comfortable seating, buzzy atmosphere...much nicer in that way than their UK based shops. Range of sandwiches on display. Decent but not distinctive espresso based coffee. Need to improve service efficiency...waited 20 minutes to order..would not recommend for a quick takeaway.

Wicked overpriced. Mobile ordering takes forever- 40 minutes when it said it would take less than 10????? Coffee is okay but the sandwiches are disgusting. And for the price point? Forget it! Literally the worst place to get coffee in Andover.

Best coffee shop in the Andover's from a cleanliness and atmosphere perspective. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I can't speak to that. The space is amazing...Lots of tables, floor to ceiling bookshelves and a fire place with comfortable chairs around it. I'm here on a Tuesday morning so it's not very crowded but not empty. Great for doing some work or reading.
