Convenient location and really friendly staff. Baristas do a good job too. I know it is a chain, but it really doesn’t feel like it!

Soup is not warm enough. They don't know but they need bread too.

This Cafe Nero has well trained staff. Everyone is polite and they know what they are doing. The latte was good and the sandwich was tasty.

I Love the decoration and atmosphere here. It's a nice place to hang out with friends. I don’t drink coffee, but I always order either some hot tea or a cookie or a combination of the two. They were alright and the treats were pricey in my opinion. It can be a little pricey compared to some of the other local cafes but the atmosphere makes it worth it.

I was very disappointed today in my visit to the Andover location… my 13 year old daughter wanted a strawberry banana smoothie before school and when she took her first sip there was a staple in the smoothie!! I’m so thankful that she knew to spit it out and that I didn’t give my two year old the first sip!! I went inside and told the workers and they just replied with an okay?! No sympathy no offer of a refund or remake or anything I thought this was super unprofessional!! I’m nervous to return.

This place routinely overcharges. Sign says soup is $4.75, $3.00 with any sandwich. They charged me full price and when I asked about the soup and sandwich deal the server said she would have to “take that sign down”… and she took the sign down. The one that I’m pretty sure was issued corporately, cause it’s a chain… mmmkay

Placed an order online, wasn’t even started until we came in. Latte was actually undrinkable, it was monstrously heavy on flavor syrup and tasted terrible. Took over 15 minutes to get an order that had been placed 20 minutes before. This place has been good in the past but this is not acceptable for the price

They were alright and the treats were pricey in my opinion. My to-go orders got messed up a few times and I ended up getting a wrong drink. So make sure you check your order before you leave.

Great coffee, warm cozy sitting spaces, although I happened to arrive at a time when seating was limited, which resulted in hunting and pecking for a location. That said, after a few minutes seating became available and this made a good central location to meet someone for an off site business discussion.

Though I didn't try a dessert, the options looked enticing (a good selection of baked goods). I'd definitely go back again.
