MC is a great mix of regulars and new folks, friendly ownership and staff (I talk Ravens football with Bill, the owner); folks love the rich/varieties of coffees (I'm a tea drinker, also good selection). And could not leave off without mentioning the biggest, baddest (Ron and I are always razzing each other; he usually wins), and the best sandwich maker in town! MG

P.S. The outdoor seating is a little lahniappe as we'd say in N'Awlins (a place known for great food and good local coffeehouses). A great alternative to most coffee chains.

Nice little coffee shop with good ambience. A little pricey compared to other coffee shops ($2 for a small hot coffee but refills are .64). Came here to study for my NCLEX exam and it was the perfect setting to work done! (Keep in mind though i came around 4 when it was really quiet) They have outdoor seating and were playing the Olympics inside which made my day. I didn't get anything to eat- just a hot coffee Tanzanian blend but the coffee was great.

The location is very convenient for me and I started going there recently. Their scones are really good. The coffee is decent. The wifi is strong enough for browsing. I've seen some business meetings happen there over coffee. The staff are friendly and don't bother you. You can actually work there with good scones and coffee. They have some sandwiches which I'll try next time.

Sublime coffee and great breakfast sandwiches! The peanut butter cup coffee was like a Reece's party in my mouth! Great way to start the day!!

Friendly staff, good food and you always see someone you know.

Love this place for its many tables, being a chill spot to study for hours and not feeling pressured to buy much, its wide variety of beans to take home, the quality of the coffee regularly served, laid-back atmosphere, plenty of natural lighting, and later hours than most local cafes.
If the service were quicker and they had more interesting food selections, I'd be here all the time. Food is pretty good but it's standard sandwich stuff like chicken salad and meat and cheese sandwiches.

Great little coffee shop to stop in and relax during the day. Sandwiches are tasty, pastries and delicious, and the selection of coffees and teas are better than your typical chain store, but not so overwhelming that you can't decide what you want

The worst breakfast sandwich ever no flavor no taste, had like microwaved bacon the egg was like a 2 in loaf of fake egg cooked in a microwave ... I would have had better luck at McDonald's. I was very disappointed my raspberry tea tasted like unsweetened tea

The coffee beans are decent but the espresso and brewed coffee are honestly terrible. Brewed coffee is watery and weak, sour and stale like gas station coffee . Espresso shots are harsh, acidic, and bitter with minimal crema Cafe latte/breve is like a huge cup of milk with a drop of coffee, just bland and not properly made with the correct ratio. Baristas obviously not properly trained. Disappointed that a local coffee is shop is serving worse coffee than a Starbucks, pls up your game.

A friend and I got breakfast sandwiches with coffee. My mocha was not impressive. Breakfast sandwich had a generous amount of eggs, maybe too generous. Friend's sandwich was a little too salty. Nothing bad, but not that great. His coffee was excellent. Good atmosphere, very nice service.
